Even when the state opened up online sales, I still found most dealerships to be poor in follow-up, non-responsive, or seemingly unmotivated. This is where Jay and the team at Baierl Toyota really stood out above the rest. The process to lease a new vehicle could not have been simpler and more customer friendly.
