I called this dealership to purchase an uncommon Tacoma listed in their inventory. I was a couple hour drive from the dealership but was ready to head there for the day to make the deal. From the onset, a sales associate named Rod Phillips was incredibly annoyed, rude, and aggressive through the entirety of the call. Like, hello, I want to buy your truck, I can come now... He then mansplained to me that the Tacoma would be sold for over MSRP despite the new model years coming out. I explained I would not be interested in making a deal at this point based on how aggressive he was about it all to which Rod rudely blurts out "what... do you really want it for sticker price or something?" I was so turned off by how awful this call went that I cancelled any plans to go there. I am glad I did too as I found a better Tacoma locally for under MSRP - score! More
