One small observation: I like the tire tread readings when checking in but question their accuracy: December 9 my readings were 8-8-8-9, January 19 my readings were 9-9-10-7. On my official inspection report they were 12-11-11-11. Same set of snow tires which were purchased 2020 winter. I believe the last set since they were probably done with a device by the technician. Why are they so different than reality???? More
