I went in because I had a recall on my Pontiac Vibe. I am usually pretty leery of dealerships because the wait times are terrible, prices are high and they are always trying to sell me something else. My service at Bachrodt was outstanding, my wife's car had a noise and vibration when driving. Mandy got the vehicle in quickly and got my problem diagnosed. Thankfully it was only a tire issue so they replac a noise and vibration when driving. Mandy got the vehicle in quickly and got my problem diagnosed.
