Absolutely great people to work with from Sam in Sales to Erica in finance. The lady that greeted us was wonderful - what a delightful woman. Mr. Bolthouse was extremely helpful and friendly. Normally I don't take the time to fill out surveys, but I made an exception in this case because I really appreciated his help. I used to hate getting my oil changed because they would come out with a huge list of all the things my car "needed" and try to pressure me to do it all that day. That was not the case this time. Mr. Bolthouse answered all my questions, was friendly, and apologized when the oil change took a bit longer than normal. I am very satisfied and will be returning for my next oil change. More
I came in to Bachrodt on State st. to request service on my 2008 Chevy Malibu. I was dealing with moisture build up in my head lights. I came in just before I thought my bumper to bumper warranty expired. H my 2008 Chevy Malibu. I was dealing with moisture build up in my head lights. I came in just before I thought my bumper to bumper warranty expired. However, little did I know that three years of ownership ended a few months ago. Tom advised me to call GM directly and gave me the number. After I called, GM spoke with Tom and worked out a case to resolve my issue. After less than a week I recieved a call from GM directly that i would be recieving new housings for my headlights as a courtesy to resolve my issue with my cherolet car. I cam in as soon as I heard the parts were in. While they were getting installed I was provided an alternate vehicle to use during the maininance time. After I returned and inspected my new lights I spoke with Tom and presented him with my satisfaction and gratitude. More

This was the first time I had service done at Bachrodts. It was a recall on a 2007 Saturn. Irv was very friendly and courteous. When I asked about the length of time it would take for the repairs, he immedi It was a recall on a 2007 Saturn. Irv was very friendly and courteous. When I asked about the length of time it would take for the repairs, he immediately offered the shuttle service. In addition to the warranty repair, Iasked Irv to change the oil since it was so close in mileage. When I went to pick the vehicle up, Irv had run some kind of computer check and found out there was some kind of owner loyalty program so the oil change plus a rotation cost me nothing. In addition Irv washed the vehicle. Great customer service. More
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change expecting to pay for it and to my suprise at check out, Mandy informed that she had checked my eligibility to recieve a free oil change from GM and i qualified.
