Why I feel this way is that Tom Schaffer made me feel comfortable, he got my car in fast, followed up and let me service on my 2006 Chevrolet Impala. Our daughter's car broke down in Rodkford. We are unfamiliar with the area and I called Lou Bachrodt and spoke to Bill. He was so helpful. I have had my Buick Enclave in a few times for general maintenance issues. Randy has always been very courteous and incredibly helpful. Going in for a basic oil change and tire rotation I received nothing but 5 star service. Randy my service rep was very courteous and displayed true professionalsim. When I go to this dealership for service to my car, Irv is the man I want to deal with. I am not a big fan of the other employees I have met. The other employees ignored me, litterally disappeared, and lef is the man I want to deal with. I am not a big fan of the other employees I have met. Irv was courteous, had his full attention on me(whereas others seemed distracted when talking to me), and always let me know exactly what was going on. I have had to have air put in my tires more than once and I was never charged for it. When I finally had to have the tire replaced, the service charged was waived. The cost of an oil change is more expensive than an Oil Lube Pro type of place but I guess that is to be expected when a car is taken to a dealership. Overall I rate my experience as excellent but only when Irv is my service person. More

I took my GMC Acadia into Bachrodt GMC for routine service. They took my car in promptly. I waited in the lounge, enjoyed a cup of coffee and caught up on some reading. Randy works in the service dept and was very friendly and kept me updated to what was going on with my car and why it was taking so long. Really enjoyed him. I think the wait for oil changes could be shortened a bit though. More
