Exceptional Service Department way to go above and beyond!! Called to set up an appointment to get my car in to have heater fixed, new key and remote made,oil change, and they just told me to come rig beyond!! Thought car would be there for a few days and had the car back the same day. Will definitely return to service department with oil changes and problems or concerns we may have in the future thanks to the knowledgable staff you have. More

The Stabilitrak light came on, the "check engine" light came on and my remote start wouldn't work. I got in at Backrodt quickly and the culprit for my problem was that I had my oil changed a engine" light came on and my remote start wouldn't work. I got in at Backrodt quickly and the culprit for my problem was that I had my oil changed at a local Lube Pro and they neglected to reconnect a mass airflow sensor (whatever that is). Bachrodt fixed the problem promptly, didn't charge me and Irv took care to make sure I received great service. As mad as I am at Lube Pro (I will never use them again!!) I am delighted with Bachrodt. More
Only reason the overall experience was a 4 and not a 5 was that it took two trips to the service dept and another to Enterprise. I live out of town and several times have driven in to find quite a delay and needed to come back in another time. More
This was the first time we used this facility for service on our branch vehicles and it was a very pleasant experience. Irv went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle back in a timely matter and it is on our branch vehicles and it was a very pleasant experience.
