I called to schedule my appointment and was treated with respect right away. Randy made scheduling my appointment very easy. I turned my car in Tuesday morning and got it back 2 days later. Even though it took longer than expected to get the required part shipped in and replaced I was very satisfied with the results. I was greeted promptly upon arrival at Bachrodt on State, and my vehicle was taken to a service bay. I bought a used car from them and paid cash....i guess they save all the friendliness for people that finance or buy new cars...if you're not one of them you are treated rudely! I have been with this dealership for 23 years. Today I came in because my key fob was malfunctioning. I was helped by Randy, who was prompt and courteous.
