Sleazey Finance Manager The real problem with this dealer is Ali, the "finance manager". He will try to sell you the EasyCare CPO wrap package for an absurd amount of money. The real problem with this dealer is Ali, the "finance manager". He will try to sell you the EasyCare CPO wrap package for an absurd amount of money. He has a big card that shows look you get this and not this, then tries to shame you into it. No means no does not apply to him. A few insider tips - 1) unless you car is a lemon this is a terrible deal 2) wheel protection is not necessary, run flats can be patched over 95% of the time, you will never recuperate the costs of his "deal" 3) better extended warranties are offered year 4 of ownership (when factory is about to expire). The problem with Ali is that he wants his $1200 commission for selling you that package. If you say no, he will try to imply you are dumb and that he is smart since he bought it for his whole family. Finally, the kicker is that he suggests you should never have to pay for tires, just buy the package, put a flat in your tire, and WHAM you'll get free tires. I won't get started on the ethics of this. I'm more upset that someone who could not spell grade school words like "rubber", "protection" and "wheel" (seriously, look where he had to hand write things in my paperwork, its embarrassing - rober, petextion and weel). This person tries to shame you into buying implying he knows more than you and you'll never get this offer again. More

Purchase I unfortunately purchased a 2016 525i from Center BMW of Sherman Oaks in January of 2016, my first time in over 10 years. I normally lease by cars thr I unfortunately purchased a 2016 525i from Center BMW of Sherman Oaks in January of 2016, my first time in over 10 years. I normally lease by cars through Bob Smith of Calabasas. I went to Center just to get an idea of what I wanted. I saw a car that I liked, thought I'd be "loyal" to Nick, the salesperson and went back to purchase the car. In addition, they offered an incentive that I thought was reasonable. When I turned in my 2013 BMW 525i, I was told several times that Center would "take care of the wear and tear". Mind you, I had a wear and tear warranty from Bob Smith BMW of Calabasas that didn't expire until March 2016. After several months of having the new car, I received a BILL from BMW Financial Services requesting payment for the wear and tear on the 2013 BMW. I contacted BMW Financial and was told to contact Center BMW. Frank R. from Center stated that I needed to talk to Bob Smith. Why would I talk with Bob Smith if Center had the possession of the car and was supposed to "take care of the wear and tear"? There is still an outstanding bill and I am being told that by Center that there is nothing they can do. I will fight this til the end and NEVER PURCHASE A CAR from Center BMW of Sherman Oaks again. Their salesperson and general manager have not kept their word! Otherwise I would have returned the car to Bob Smith. More
Horrible service, they damaged my Car and refuse to fix it! On Dec 29th I dropped off my car for service for recall with service advisor Shahe. Then I Picked up car Dec 31st @ 10am. When I pulled up in to service drive, I noticed my car sitting outside with a lot of water on it. Overnight there was a rainstorm and it was obvious that my car was left in an open area and was not garaged like they say they do their cars overnight. So I open my trunk of my car to put things in it and I noticed my battery and other electronic components exposed and the liner that cover was completely drawn back and open. After you complete a job, you're suppose to put the car back to default per manufacturer. I was very upset, disappointed and said hey you guys didn't close things properly and my storage area in trunk was broken where the net attached to the car with plastic anchors. Plastic piece was broken and storage area was broken. I had left a few items behind inside trunk and I placed them a certain way and everything was everywhere inside trunk. Then I noticed a crack on my windshield and dealership did not want to fix the issue and after speaking to Sean (service manager), he said it was a rock chip and that i caused it. How are you going to tell me that when I dropped off my baby to you guys and I pick it up and notice everything is out of place and car was mishandled, or abused I would say. I had texted/called my service advisor that day (dec 31st) to notify him of what's going on and it was his day off and I didn't hear from at all. So I go over to Sean service manager @ Center BMW and I ask him if I can speak to GM and he refused and said i can help you but he didn't. He had such a bad attitude and was blaming me for the incident. Then I waited till Monday Jan 2017, and no one called me back. So I call again on Tuesday Jan 3rd 2017 and I ask Shahe my service advisor and Sean about what's going on with my car and I was ignored after placing 3-4 calls from 8am till almost 4pm they told me they cannot replace windshield and that it was my fault. I demanded picture or video footage of my car when I dropped it off. And after many attempts of obtaining pictures of my car, they finally send me a picture taken from a computer. The picture was grainy, poor quality and they only sent me 1 picture from 1 angle. And I asked for different angles of the car and I asked for a picture with better quality so I can see and they refused and were bothered about me asking for a better picture. They had the audacity to tell me they would give me a discount for the windshield to be replaced, when the damage happened under their care. I don't suggest anyone to bring their car here, horrible service. More

Not only was she courteous in our email communications but she was direct and was very prompt in providing me the necessary information to get an amazing price for my car. She was fair but consistent and a great example of salesmanship in a world of non so good dealerships. I would highly recommend her for her direct and straightforward sales approach that doesn't play games and is serious about getting you the car that you want. More
Joy riding my M3 Took my car on a Thursday (around noon) to get the battery replaced. To my knowledge, a battery replacement is an easy task. Could take a day at most with the programming and whatever else. Called Friday and they told me my car was still being looked at. I thought it was strange but shrugged it off. Called again Saturday and they told me my car was still being worked on, at this point I'm already agitated. Now I have to wait until Monday...Monday finally arrives and I wait until 12pm to finally call them. Now my car is finally ready. So I go to pick the car up and of course it's filthy. Guess there's no complimentary washes when you need to change the battery, but that's not the worst part. Turns out there's an additional 20+ miles on the car. That really got me mad. 2 words popped to mind "Joy Ride." Talked to Sean and he said he will look into it and that there's no reason that many miles should be put on the car. When Sean called me back later that day, he tells me he spent over 4 hours looking at camera footage of my car and that it never left the shop and that it may be some kind of error with the key or that it may be some fault of own(I don't know how that would be possible). Needless to say I will never go back to this service department. More

Best dealership with best Bimmers!!! ok guys, i will start with that i have already 2 cars purchased from CenterBMW and i am planing to get a new one for Christmas, they have the best car ok guys, i will start with that i have already 2 cars purchased from CenterBMW and i am planing to get a new one for Christmas, they have the best cars and best interiors with best prices! Oxana helped me to chose the best look and to get the best deal and she didn't try to "sell" me on anything. I told her what I was looking for, what was in my general price range, and what I was hoping to get . We looked around for a bit and then the right car appeared in front of me. When I went to see it I didn't necessarily expect to find "the" car for me. From the minute I decided that 328i estoril blue M-Pack sport was the right car for me, the process from that point forward was smooth sailing. The entire team took great care of me. It took couple hours and i left with a shiny, new car. Easiest and most streamlined car buying experience I've EVER had. I love my new car. I love the fact that I can trust CenterBMW with my car purchases. And I'm happy that I could get it all done without having to drive around Los Angeles (in traffic, mind you) looking for the right car. Now you might say I had a better than typical experience because I was a "man on a mission." Either way, I do believe in brand and customer loyalty - and it was pretty clear that the team respected the fact that I came back to CenterBMW to do business with them once again. It truly makes a difference. I got an i3REX for my wife and now I am planing to get a 650i Gran Coupe! Oxana will find the best deal for me i am sure! More
