Joy riding my M3 Took my car on a Thursday (around noon) to get the battery replaced. To my knowledge, a battery replacement is an easy task. Could take a day at most with the programming and whatever else. Called Friday and they told me my car was still being looked at. I thought it was strange but shrugged it off. Called again Saturday and they told me my car was still being worked on, at this point I'm already agitated. Now I have to wait until Monday...Monday finally arrives and I wait until 12pm to finally call them. Now my car is finally ready. So I go to pick the car up and of course it's filthy. Guess there's no complimentary washes when you need to change the battery, but that's not the worst part. Turns out there's an additional 20+ miles on the car. That really got me mad. 2 words popped to mind "Joy Ride." Talked to Sean and he said he will look into it and that there's no reason that many miles should be put on the car. When Sean called me back later that day, he tells me he spent over 4 hours looking at camera footage of my car and that it never left the shop and that it may be some kind of error with the key or that it may be some fault of own(I don't know how that would be possible). Needless to say I will never go back to this service department. More

Best dealership with best Bimmers!!! ok guys, i will start with that i have already 2 cars purchased from CenterBMW and i am planing to get a new one for Christmas, they have the best car ok guys, i will start with that i have already 2 cars purchased from CenterBMW and i am planing to get a new one for Christmas, they have the best cars and best interiors with best prices! Oxana helped me to chose the best look and to get the best deal and she didn't try to "sell" me on anything. I told her what I was looking for, what was in my general price range, and what I was hoping to get . We looked around for a bit and then the right car appeared in front of me. When I went to see it I didn't necessarily expect to find "the" car for me. From the minute I decided that 328i estoril blue M-Pack sport was the right car for me, the process from that point forward was smooth sailing. The entire team took great care of me. It took couple hours and i left with a shiny, new car. Easiest and most streamlined car buying experience I've EVER had. I love my new car. I love the fact that I can trust CenterBMW with my car purchases. And I'm happy that I could get it all done without having to drive around Los Angeles (in traffic, mind you) looking for the right car. Now you might say I had a better than typical experience because I was a "man on a mission." Either way, I do believe in brand and customer loyalty - and it was pretty clear that the team respected the fact that I came back to CenterBMW to do business with them once again. It truly makes a difference. I got an i3REX for my wife and now I am planing to get a 650i Gran Coupe! Oxana will find the best deal for me i am sure! More

Best Service Experience with Andre! Honestly I have been to a few dealerships for service. From Beverly Hills to Pacific BMW. I've driven BMW all my life so I've had quite a few service Honestly I have been to a few dealerships for service. From Beverly Hills to Pacific BMW. I've driven BMW all my life so I've had quite a few service experiences. Andre at center BMW has always given me the best service. Center BMW in general is able to do services that other BMW's don't have authorization to do. For example, Pacific can't service spark plugs so they just don't do it. They also have great rentals and fix your car as fast as possible with great communication and quality. I highly recommend Center. More

Sunday, January 31, 2016, bmw salesman made us walk all the way back of the dealership instead of bringing the car while it was raining extremely strong, he did not even bother to open the door that we can sit inside. He expected us to buy over $70,000 car without even sitting inside and telling us that he only has an umbrella for himself. We left this ridiculous place and went to Mercedes. What a difference! Salesman had more manners, he was talking about the car, not about himself. He brought 2 cars, same trim different interiors. We drove the car and purchased the car in same day. Quality wins and it is definitely not the bmw, sherman oaks dealership. More

Service manager Shaun and his assistant Dennis is so unproffesional and were very rude. I would like to see if I can complain to management. They need to understand that after 3 times of bringing the car and also paying a lot for it, having more repairs is not acceptable. More
