This dealership was not the case. All staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Matt Pruitt especially stood out as he has a charming and genuine Southern personality that put this stiff Californian at ease. He has great follow up after your sale as well. Well, two hours before our meeting time, I received a call from Center BMW telling me that they are selling the vehicle to someone else.
