Found a Jewel My 2000 BMW 323ci was in the shop for a new alternator and I was on the lookout for a certified used BMW to take its place. Needed something easier t My 2000 BMW 323ci was in the shop for a new alternator and I was on the lookout for a certified used BMW to take its place. Needed something easier to get in and out of and did not want the typical black/black or white/black color combinations. Looking online was not producing many choices. Then I spotted an X1 with deep olive metallic paint on the exterior with ivory leather seats and black and oak grain trim inside. Sent an inquiry to Center BMW in Sherman Oaks CA and received the nicest response from Denise Jimenez the next morning letting me know that she was here to serve and determined to make this the easiest car purchase experience for me...and she did! Made an appointment for a test drive and ended up signing the purchase contract the next day. Denise was beyond helpful and actually made the experience fun! I was very pleased with her thoughtfulness and care while I waited for the contract to be prepared. Was not able to take possession of the vehicle that day since some scuffs on the tire rims needed to be buffed out. So Denise delivered the car to my home the next afternoon. She even followed me to the rental car agency to return that car before spending at least an hour going over all the features of my new car. I could not have asked for a better experience and the vehicle is totally top-notch! I'm so happy that my challenge worked out so smoothly and Denise made all the difference! THANK YOU! More

I told him all the small issues that I had with my car and he was very kind and listened to every detail. He said my service will take few hours, but he completed the work in less than 2 hours! Also, he was very nice with the follow up where I called him on his personal line and he followed up with me promptly. Overall, Dennis was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely trust him with the service on my BMW! More

I have had my cars serviced at Center BMW since 1999. I have had a few excellent service advisors, but Brian Douglas is hands-down the very best. He is kind, courteous, and effective. Fraud I had a flat tire on my BMW so I had my 18 year old son take it in to the service center for a quick repair since I was unavailable that day. Not only has the process taken over a month, but they have lied and tacked on about two thousand dollars to my repairs. The service advisor Brian Douglas was overseeing the service on my car and has condoned any fraudulent behaviors that have led to me paying almost 50 times the amount I should pay. They told me that under the tire the rim had been bent, this shocked me as my son drove under 20 mph to the dealership the whole time, but nonetheless I had accepted it. Weeks later, after patiently waiting for them to finally get around to fixing my car which I use on a daily basis, they call me again, to tell me they had discovered another "bent rim" on my car, however I had no issues with this tire, or wheel at all and this just came completely out of the blue and is obviously BS. They have demanded another nine hundred dollars for this. I can only assume they did this because it was my 18 year old son who dropped the car of at the dealership. I hope that BMW realizes people like Brian Douglas have no place on their staff. Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at any car dealer I can certainly say because of Brian and everyone else who had a part in this decision, I will never be back to this dealership and I will make sure that any friends and family stay as far away as possible. Get some morals. More

I purchased a car from this dealership with the understanding by the sales person that I would be getting a product in return. After receiving the car I noticed I did not receive what I was promised, however, the sales person assured this matter will be resolved if I came back in the following day and advised me not to bring back the car that day since they were closing. The following day was a complete waist of time they did not resolve this matter. In fact I have been following up for months with upper management to have this resolved even after they said they would look into this matter and come back with a resolution. They wasted my time and lied about the deal. I hope my story and experience will shy future customers away from this dealership. More
