This dealership was not the case. All staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Matt Pruitt especially stood out as he has a charming and genuine Southern personality that put this stiff Californian at ease. He has great follow up after your sale as well. I changed my work schedule to allow enough time to drive in traffic and complete the transaction. I also made an appointment with my current dealership for a lease return. Well, two hours before our meeting time, I received a call from Center BMW telling me that they are selling the vehicle to someone else. To recapitulate, we agreed on a sale, I changed my work appointments, I made an appointment with my current dealership for the lease return, and Center BMW decided to make to sale to someone else in the last minute.
