Never have your car serviced here. They banged up my sons car during a routine service- needed to replace the bumper. Instead of giving us one of their loaners, they had us go to enterprise for a rental. The repair took over a week but they only approved the car rental for one day. Still waiting for them to authorize the entire rental- made at least a dozen phone calls- Brian refuses to return any calls- Manager has not returned any calls- I will never go back to this place again- Judging from reviews this is probably the worse BMW service center in southern california!!! Although I love my car, the service after the purchase has tarnished the experience. I bought my car in April. I'm still waiting for my permanent license plates. My temporary tags have long since expired and per the DMV, I should not be driving my car. Every call to the dealership results in the runaround, call transfers or straight to voicemail. Emails go unanswered. We showed up in person one day and were assured it would be handled. It was not handled. I really have no idea what we will do next. The DMV keeps referring us back to a dealership that is ignoring our pleas for a resolution. I can't believe this is a certified BMW dealership. I have never experienced this level of disinterest/unprofessionalism...especially for such a high cost purchase. More
I will never come to this dealer again based on my experience with one of the sales reps named Mike. Even before coming in, he was notably bored and uninterested in helping when we called. He told us to go somewhere else if we weren't going to be buying a car there! We only went in because we were already in the area. He greeted us with a forced smile, walked us all the way to the back of the lot to see the car (in the summer heat, may I add), didn't talk to us the entire time (apparently whatever was on his phone was more important), and got upset when we told him that's not the car we wanted to look at. He talked down to us like we are idiots and then ignored us for the rest of the walk back to the front. It has been two days since this incident, and I am still upset. I have worked in customer service for years and never in my life would I even consider treating a client or customer this way. I am incredibly surprised that he even has a job. I sincerely hope BMW of Sherman Oaks does something about this. This guy should absolutely not be working there, let alone dealing with people in any capacity. More

She gets the job done in a timely manner and is excellent about communicating updates while my car in in the shop. More

Finally reached out to the GM to voice my concern - NO RESPONSE. It's now been over 3 weeks. I'm literally handing them business and they've continuously refused to return my emails/calls. Yesterday I purchased an X7 and X3 from a much more service oriented dealership. More
I purchased a car last weekend. I was missing one piece of info that my insurance company needed. Left multiple messages for Ali all week, no call back. Today I spoke with a man named Justin that 1-could not even tell me who my finance officer was and 2- pretty much told me to use google for what I needed. The service department is full of incompetent sexist xxxxxxxx that don’t know how to do their job if you want quality service steer clear of this place. My 2021 bmw 330e battery was recalled in November 2021 I have been in contact with Brian Douglas at the service center since. I have been nothing but understanding since the beginning. Aside from the issue with the battery the car had a plethora of other problems like the CarPlay shutting off at random leaving me to look at my phone for navigation which is very dangerous. I asked them four separate times to fix it yet I took my car home today with every issue aside from the recall with it. The third time that I went there they were extremely rude and talked down to me the entire time even though it was them who were at fault. They forgot to mention extremely important information like not fixing my cars right blinker which almost got me into a car accident today. When I went back to confront them about it and ask why they did not verbally inform me about this Sean Clemens the head of service (who would not give his name to me when I spoke to him, I found it on here) kept saying it was in the paper. They do not give a xxxx about doing their job right and this is a luxury car company you pay a premium for a new car with them for a reason. Please for your own sanity go somewhere else. I will admit today I was rude to them but they boiled my blood and were so rude to me that I couldn't control my words, if I could take it back I would. I will own up to that but the way they treated me was unacceptable. This is the only service center I have ever gone to that was rude to me ever. As a young woman of color it's hard not to get mad when a bunch of yt men gang up on you and treat you like garbage. Do your job right and trust me a lot less people will be disappointed. More
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE VETERAN or have approved financing from any veteran sources. Read the other reviews and believe them. This was one of the most bizarre and unpleasant car buying experiences I have had in my 40 years of car buying including BMWS, Mercedes etc .I drove nearly 2 hours for a used car in their lot which I had pre approval from USAA as I am a veteran.They informed. me after arrival that they did not deal with USAA(which is a large reputable bank that I have used in many car buying transactions) and that if I wanted the car I needed to fill out a credit application with them. After nearly 2 hours of unpleasantness and reams of paperwork including being treated like a criminal and actually being fingerprinted ,I was magically approved for a loan at 3 times the rate of my pre approved loan.Assistant manager Sheroz Akram was totally indifferent and rude. I am really actually surprised that this is a sanctioned BMW dealer as this is my 3rd BMW purchase. The actual facilities are really quite shabby for a BMW dealer.Not at all what I would expect from a "luxury car dealer More
