I bought a car here back in April, all cash, and i am yet to receive my pink slip and registration!! My wife and i have called at least 20 times over the past 12 months and no one gets back to us or give to receive my pink slip and registration!! Avoid this dealer at all cost, because once they sell you the car and have given them your money, you are on your own!!! What a joke!! More
Negotiated a good price via email for a CPO BMW X3. Car was delivered dirty so I asked the salesman to have the detail department clean it while I ran a couple errands nearby. When I returned, the car looked exactly the same: dirty swirl marks inside of windshield, crumbs under the seats and seat tracks, dust and other debris on steering column, door arm rests, power window switches, idrive controls, etc, dog hair in the cargo area, coffee stain on front pax floor mat, and a brown stain on the painted portion of the door frame. Had to leave because I had a long drive back home. I asked them if I was all set to go and they said yes. While on my way home, I noticed that the windshield was missing the temporary registration and I was driving the car illegally! So not only had the car not been detailed properly, it hadn’t even been registered. I pulled over in Woodland Hills and called the dealership. They sent the salesman to meet me in a parking lot with the temporary reg and some documents that still needed to be signed. Instead of enjoying my new ride, I spent the evening with a vacuum cleaner, Windex, and Resolve bringing the car up to what should have been CPO standards. My experience at BMW of Sherman Oaks was plagued with incompetence and outright indifference. They just plain don’t give a xxxx. More
Well this is an absolute first and I'll some it up as I feel, mortitfied/stupified. I set up a test drive for my wife and I in advance with the Lead Internet Sales Manager Ross Akram at Center Bmw. We were coming in for the 2021 BMW 430i in Alpine which my wife and I were looking to lease for her. This was to be her car and Ross Akram knew that. Upon arrival Ross (who was a bit disheveled) met us in the showroom and introductions were exchanged and then he lead us out to the parking lot were most of their cars were staged. So as we step up to the car we can clearly see that it has not been washed, it has been sitting on the lot and the exterior was extremely dirty. I can not figure this one out. No excuse at all. Again Ross knew we were coming and one would think if a sale or lease was a possibility this Brand New 2021 Alpine White 430i would have at least been washed for a Test Drive appointment. Just a terrible presentation from a Lead Salesman. From the front of the car my wife (although liking them online) then noted the new larger kidney grilles and that she really didn't like them which in turn Ross Akram spoke out that "He did not like them either" and that a lot of people feel the same same. What Lead Sales Person does this? DIrty car, Negative comments, nothing good to add about the 2021 redesign to make up for anything negative. Ross said nothing positive whatsoever about this New 430i. I was stunned. So basically my wife was then completely turned off and wanted nothing to do with the car. I had her sit inside to look over the interior which she loved but she reiterated to me what Ross Akram had told her, that he didn't like the new grilles and a lot of people don't as well and he had nothing positive to say and outright did not seem to care at all. It's as if he didn't want to sell or lease this car. In my 40 years of shopping for cars I have never encountered a more "I could care less approach" than this guy. Oh and by the way absolute zero energy level from Ross Akram. Seemed like a salesman maybe on a Ford lot but not at a First Class BMW Dealership. Just seemed not interested at all. More
Don't buy your next car from Center BMW. They are dishonest and deceptive. I custom ordered a brand new M2, they made a mistake when placing the order which increased the cost of my vehicle. They still have not admitted to making the mistake and to make matters worse they lied about taking my lease back, now I have 2 cars and 2 car payments. Plenty of BMW dealerships close by. More

Called again, this time, after a long hold, the reception asked to email my driver license and registration. I did, 3 days, not reply. Called in again, this time, ask me to come in again, I ask why, "state policy", I asked "why all other dealers emailed me" and the other day the other person asked to email the documents, then "who was your service advisor?", do I suppose to remember the name of a service guy?Then after asking for phone number, "he will be in tomorrow". Do not bring your car here, go to Glendale, Calabasas or Westlake instead.. Now, I wonder what they have done to my car. My signal bulb burnt, they replace the whole electrical housing, not sure it was really necessary. It was under warranty so I believe there was nothing wrong with that. More

called and spoke to Bob about coming from Arizona to purchase vehicle. Was actually ready to buy over the phone. Needed something easier to get in and out of and did not want the typical black/black or white/black color combinations. Looking online was not producing many choices. Then I spotted an X1 with deep olive metallic paint on the exterior with ivory leather seats and black and oak grain trim inside. Sent an inquiry to Center BMW in Sherman Oaks CA and received the nicest response from Denise Jimenez the next morning letting me know that she was here to serve and determined to make this the easiest car purchase experience for me...and she did! Made an appointment for a test drive and ended up signing the purchase contract the next day. Denise was beyond helpful and actually made the experience fun! I was very pleased with her thoughtfulness and care while I waited for the contract to be prepared. Was not able to take possession of the vehicle that day since some scuffs on the tire rims needed to be buffed out. So Denise delivered the car to my home the next afternoon. She even followed me to the rental car agency to return that car before spending at least an hour going over all the features of my new car. I could not have asked for a better experience and the vehicle is totally top-notch! I'm so happy that my challenge worked out so smoothly and Denise made all the difference! THANK YOU! More
