I purchased a car last weekend. I was missing one piece of info that my insurance company needed. Left multiple messages for Ali all week, no call back. Today I spoke with a man I was missing one piece of info that my insurance company needed. Left multiple messages for Ali all week, no call back. Today I spoke with a man named Justin that 1-could not even tell me who my finance officer was and 2- pretty much told me to use google for what I needed. This dealership needs some serious phone skill/ customer service lessons. Do they believe in getting repeat customers?? Seems like a no to me. Shawn G. More

I have left messages via voicemail as well as with sales reps and the operator. I just want to finalize financing. This has been the worst car purchasing experience I have had in my life! More
The service department is full of incompetent sexist xxxxxxxx that don’t know how to do their job if you want quality service steer clear of this place. My 2021 bmw 330e battery was recalled in November xxxxxxxx that don’t know how to do their job if you want quality service steer clear of this place. My 2021 bmw 330e battery was recalled in November 2021 I have been in contact with Brian Douglas at the service center since. I have been nothing but understanding since the beginning. Aside from the issue with the battery the car had a plethora of other problems like the CarPlay shutting off at random leaving me to look at my phone for navigation which is very dangerous. I asked them four separate times to fix it yet I took my car home today with every issue aside from the recall with it. The third time that I went there they were extremely rude and talked down to me the entire time even though it was them who were at fault. They forgot to mention extremely important information like not fixing my cars right blinker which almost got me into a car accident today. When I went back to confront them about it and ask why they did not verbally inform me about this Sean Clemens the head of service (who would not give his name to me when I spoke to him, I found it on here) kept saying it was in the paper. They do not give a xxxx about doing their job right and this is a luxury car company you pay a premium for a new car with them for a reason. Please for your own sanity go somewhere else. I will admit today I was rude to them but they boiled my blood and were so rude to me that I couldn't control my words, if I could take it back I would. I will own up to that but the way they treated me was unacceptable. This is the only service center I have ever gone to that was rude to me ever. As a young woman of color it's hard not to get mad when a bunch of yt men gang up on you and treat you like garbage. Do your job right and trust me a lot less people will be disappointed. More
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE VETERAN or have approved financing from any veteran sources. Read the other reviews and believe them. This was one of the most bizarre and unpleasant car buying experiences financing from any veteran sources. Read the other reviews and believe them. This was one of the most bizarre and unpleasant car buying experiences I have had in my 40 years of car buying including BMWS, Mercedes etc .I drove nearly 2 hours for a used car in their lot which I had pre approval from USAA as I am a veteran. They informed. me after arrival that they did not deal with USAA(which is a large reputable bank that I have used in many car buying transactions) and that if I wanted the car I needed to fill out a credit application with them. After nearly 2 hours of unpleasantness and reams of paperwork including being treated like a criminal and actually being fingerprinted ,I was magically approved for a loan at 3 times the rate of my pre approved loan.Assistant manager Sheroz Akram was totally indifferent and rude. I am really actually surprised that this is a sanctioned BMW dealer as this is my 3rd BMW purchase. The actual facilities are really quite shabby for a BMW dealer. Not at all what I would expect from a "luxury car dealer More
This review is way overdue. I bought my car back in November and everything was off to a good start until I heard my sale rep yelling at his fellow coworker talk about a hostile work environment. My br November and everything was off to a good start until I heard my sale rep yelling at his fellow coworker talk about a hostile work environment. My brakes were making a noise, the car was moving to the side, and there was a broken piece on the rear bumper that I was advised verbally would be replaced by BMW. I left work early one day because I was given a date to retint the windows and drove in traffic to be told that the dealership set the wrong time. Then I was told to take the car back for them to do the detailing because it wasn't done prior to selling the vehicle. During that visit they took the tire locks out of the car which were in the glove compartment. When I emailed my rep if he knew what happened to them, he wrote back "got them" ok like yes, I found them you can swing by and pick them up or I have them I can send them to you, nothing just a "got them" reply. A man with few words once you close a deal. When their manager reached out to me to ask about my experience, he got an ear full because by this time I had driven out to their dealership at least three times and during my conversation I was still nice and cordial. He advised he would get back to me to take care of any concerns I had with my car and will set something up for me by Friday. I waited for over a week to hear from him and Friday came and went. And I didn't hear from anyone until the following Tuesday after I sent a review update. I finally took my car in they gave me a loaner and they had my car for almost a week if I can remember correctly. I was told they filed down the brakes, no issues with the alignment they replaced the wipers which by the way needed replacement because they were making a scratching sound. I was also advised the brakes shouldn't make any more noise and that it was too soon to replace them and guess what the brakes are still squeaking occasionally! And I when I walked around the car to see if they replaced the broken part they didn't. I politely asked for an update and the woman helping me said "oh no we were busy, and we forgot to get a quote" I will ask so and so and get back to you. Guess what it's been almost three weeks and no update. Unless you are going to drop some serious cash on a brand-new car, I would avoid this dealership because the only thing they honor is someone who has money not the little guys. Apparently, we are a burden even though I paid over 33k for a used car which is up there. I learned my lesson never buy used again, never buy during the evening and never buy from here again! I am happy some reviewers had a great experience maybe it was the team I was set up with that ruined it for me. More

I bought here--twice--and have been coming here exclusively for years. I'm still largely satisfied with the service, but it appears the owner doesn't believe in mask-wearing. At least, that's all I exclusively for years. I'm still largely satisfied with the service, but it appears the owner doesn't believe in mask-wearing. At least, that's all I can conclude. Several customers wore no masks, and several employees wore them incorrectly or barely at all; some didn't even bother to correct them when I walked up to deal directly with them. I won't be back. Called, left a msg for a service advisor to call me back, never called. Recalled multiple times to get through to a person to set up a service appt, finally able but unable to accommodate. Either short sta never called. Recalled multiple times to get through to a person to set up a service appt, finally able but unable to accommodate. Either short staffed, don't care attitude, or way too busy. Had been going there for 3 years to have my Z4 Roadster serviced. Changed dealerships for continued service. More
STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY AND UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP! This is a fair warning for those considering giving business to this establishment. Whether buying new or used, I highly advise you to DEALERSHIP! This is a fair warning for those considering giving business to this establishment. Whether buying new or used, I highly advise you to read all negative reviews before even thinking about stepping foot in the door. This is a lengthy review, but it's worth the read. After a few negotiations via email from an internet sale on a used vehicle, I agreed with a salesman for an out-the-door price. Chapter I: On the day to pick up the car, I had called three hours in advance to have them prep and detail. Since I live two hours away, I figured three hours of advanced notice would be sufficient for them to have the car ready. When I arrived at the dealership, one of the salesmen pulled the car out, and the first thing I noticed was that the fenders and bottom of the doors were stained with dirt and grime. Upon getting into the car for a test drive, I immediately noticed the maintenance light was on. I informed the salesman, and he said to go ahead and test drive it, and they'll take care of it once I get back. That's the first red flag; they should have taken care of these issues beforehand. Chapter II: After I returned from the test drive to the dealership, Achilles Bado approached me, introducing himself as the Sales Manager, and continued to ask me about my thoughts on the car. I directly pointed out the maintenance light and rattling noise of the fan when the AC is on. We popped open the hood and noticed the coolant reservoir top was seeping or leaking to the radiator. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they top off with coolant. He then goes on by saying, "Don't worry, I'll have my service technicians fix the issues, and we offer a thirty-day warranty." The typical salesman tactics. Chapter III: During the finance and insurance phase, which is the most dreadful part of the car purchasing experience, I had just gone through over five hours of insurance proof and financing before going to the finance office to sign documents. Moreover, as I reviewed the documents, I came across an "AS IS-NO WARRANTY" document. I alerted the finance manager that the sales manager, Achilles, informed me the vehicle comes with a thirty-day warranty. She insisted that it doesn't come with a warranty, and the other option I had was purchasing a dealer extended warranty. I told her that not having a warranty would be a deal-breaker. Over five hours had passed by this time, and I wanted to drive the car off the lot to beat the traffic home hopefully. So, after the finance manager and Achilles deliberated and came back with an offer to reduce $800 off a $2500 lower tier warranty, I opted just for peace of mind. The typical dealership tactic is to upsell. Chapter IV: After signing all of the documents and as Achilles handed me the remote to the car to take off the lot, I questioned him about getting a second remote which I would be willing to pay. He said it was not a problem and to call him for an order. As I stepped into the car the following morning, I noticed the driver's side floor mat was missing. I called Achilles to inform him of that and to put in an order for the second remote. During this time, while I was waiting for Achilles to respond to my call, I took my car to a friend who works as a certified mechanic at an OEM dealership, and he provided me with a full diagnostic that came back with a few issues. 1. Missing fender liner. I knew in advance that the car was involved in an accident previously shown on the CarFax report. However, how can a certified service technician not see this obvious detail? Yet, they blatantly decided not to disclose this as a seller. 2. Leaking timing chain housing cover. As you can see, an oil leak and residue surround the timing chain housing, yet they deliberately failed to disclose this. Chapter V: Days had gone by, and by this time, I had not got a call back from Achilles after two attempts. I then sent a long-winded email stating my displeasure with him not returning my calls. Even after emailing him about the issues with the fender liner, timing chain housing, and attaching photos, I still didn't receive a response. Only after I sent another email, but when I cc'd a general manager on the email, I received a call the following day from Markus Adams, a Service Manager, to bring in the car for service. At this point, I was already disappointed and upset that I had to go through the inconvenience of having to drive two hours back to this dealership to have them service the issues they failed to address before I drove it off the lot. I insisted on taking my car to a local dealership since I purchased the extended warranty. However, they were adamant about fixing the issues since it was "their problems," stated Markus. Although they provided an option to pick up my car, I longer trusted them to have someone else drive my car. With all of the issues and inconveniences they dealt me, I requested the service manager to address the four issues: 1. Put a new fender liner they deliberately failed to replace. 2. Fix the leaking oil on the timing chain housing. 3. Place the floor mat they left behind. 4. Accommodate me with a second remote. Only two were addressed out of the four issues I requested them to resolve: the fender liner and floor mats. I recently took my car back to my mechanic friend, and he says the timing chain housing is still leaking oil. Unbelievable! Also, the cost to accommodate me with a second remote was not that significant to them when I had to endure this entire situation. I can almost guarantee they potentially will lose more sales and customers from reading this review than not accommodating me with a simple second remote. On top of all of this, they charged me for the car rental on days they felt my car was ready for pickup. I was never informed that they were cutting off the rental agreement when they were supposed to cover while my car was getting serviced. Final Word: It's ironic how the GMs follow up to all customers who have had bad experiences to rectify their issues after the fact. Top-notch customer service should be given priority initially, so there's no need for us to leave negative reviews. You know the old adage saying for these types of dealerships, "Taillight warranty & customer service." Once you leave the dealership and they don't see your tail light anymore, you no longer have a warranty & customer service. Should have an option to leave zero stars! More
Sherman oaks BMW What a joke of a dealership!!!!! Avoid them if possible. I went and looked at aX3 model that i had seen online, looked at it, drove it, And yes I did liked the vehicle, explain to the sa them if possible. I went and looked at aX3 model that i had seen online, looked at it, drove it, And yes I did liked the vehicle, explain to the salesman (bryan) how much i wanted to spend And that i wasn’t interested in financing the vehicle to wich he said ok later that day the (sales general manager) calls me and gives me a total price(remember) out the door price, I went back to the dealership 4 days later to close the deal, and told him i wanted to pay with either check, money order, cash. He goes back to an office (my best guess it was the financing dep and come s out asking me how im going to pay and mentioned to him AGAIN.. how i was going to pay,,,,,goes back to the office and anothe older guys comes out with him. And asks me how i got that price,,, I tolh him (MIYAH) the manager gave me that price, and he starts telling me that the price he gave me was only if i was going to finance the vehicle the wich i reply that i had made it very clear i was not interested in financing it,,,he goes an tell me the manager is not in that day and canr get a hold of him ( hummm) to confim the price,,, i mention to him tha manager left me a message with the offer he had given me. (brian n ross) thas hes name. Go back into the office for about 5 minutes. Then bryan comes out of the office and tell me hes sorry but the offer was only if i were to finance the vehicle,,, REALLY ? Then he apologizes for making me waste my time (what a bunch of unprofessional staff) oh. And anothe message i got before i went back to close the deal wanting me to come back and work out the details of the purchase. But the funniest thing is that he said on the message that they wanted me to be a part of the bmw of sherman oaks (family) with my purchase. Unbelievable right ! Bunch of unprofessionals. Left the dealership with no car (glad i did) I wouldn’t want to be a FAMILY member to that business! Best advise. AVOID THEM. More
