My BMW X5 had an engine malfunction and I found it had some extensive work needed on it. Dave, the Service Manager was very patient and helpful during the process, which was very helpful. Heidi was help some extensive work needed on it. Dave, the Service Manager was very patient and helpful during the process, which was very helpful. Heidi was helpful in the beginning too, when speaking with her. And Sean (in charge) as well. I had the worst-case-scenario of what could happen to my SUV, but they made it bearable, by their professionalism and sensitivity. Although my experience with BMW as a company has been less than amazing, Heidi was awesome and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of. I was given a quote to bring my car in and the advisor’s price was 3 times more. She then went to get authorization for an exception to give me a price that was 2 times more than iI was quoted. I heard th price was 3 times more. She then went to get authorization for an exception to give me a price that was 2 times more than iI was quoted. I heard the advisor next to her offer the discount without any authorization. When I asked her she said the system would not allow it and she had no explanation. Oh and they won’t turn your service indicator off after an oil change unless u pay $200+ for them to do more testing than is required. After all of that they did not wash my car either. Is this the kind of service we should come to expect from BMW or is it specific to this dealership!? Very disappointing. I do not recommend this dealership. More
