I took a walk over to Sales while I was waiting and was eyeing up my dream car, a new BMW M2. I was approached by Eric Reeves who gave me a very informative overview of the vehicle and then offered to test drive. He was very professional and friendly as well. A few days later I have taken delivery of my new BMW M2. I want to thank everyone involved from Maria, to Eric, and of course the manager Emilio Torres. I would recommend asking to work with any of these individuals if you want a Truly Exceptional experience. Thank you guys again. More

Our salesperson, NayCo We came in to look at a used convertible but realized it was not the right fit for our lives, and changed to a 5 series sedan. Our salesperson, NayColle, was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the 3 and 5 series, without being technical. We told her exactly the color combination we wanted, price point, and she found it and let us know about it in one week. We appreciated the one price methodology for used car pricing, as it is not tiring. The delivery process was thorough and professional (loved the touch screen signing process!), training on the new car was excellent, we are very happy. Thank you Caz, NayColle, and Tim. When you buy a BMW you have expectations of upgraded service and professionalism and you delivered. You have an excellent team Victor! More

Service department doesn’t seem to want my business. I tried to contact the service department for two major issues I had in the last 6 months. I had an unusual vibration & suspected an X-drive or transm I tried to contact the service department for two major issues I had in the last 6 months. I had an unusual vibration & suspected an X-drive or transmission problem. Called dealership twice and asked to be transferred to service. First time I got no answer and left a detailed message. Several days later after no response, I tried again and this time left same details with woman who answered and requested a call back. Nothing. Spent $1500 with independent facility to have transmission serviced. Several weeks later, I again contacted dealership about all four tire replacement. I was considering going with staggered tire sizes and felt BMW technicians would be the best choice to do the job. Same result. Two calls, two messages, no return call. I ended up spending $900 with Laning Tire for 4 tires and alignment. Hard to understand why the local dealership would not even bother to return a call for what would have been profitable service business. Interestingly, during this same time period, I did receive a call from the sales department with some bogus story about my vehicle being in big demand as a trade in on a new BMW. My conclusion is that this dealership is only interested in selling new cars and the gouging that goes with warranty work. When the vehicle is off warranty, the service department knows that they are unable to compete with independent service providers. Will not bother with this dealership for service OR new vehicle. More
