The past two years have been financially very difficult for me and as a result my credit score and savings account both suffered greatly. I was concerned about my ability to lease another car, although I have been a BMW consumer for 10 years, I am also aware we live in the world of the bottom line. The staff a BMW Rochester were OUTSTANDING! There was no judgment or belittling and the sale team as a whole, went out of their way to make happy. I felt like family. She kept me posted on the status of the vehicle I was interested in - though it took several days for me to come in for a test drive. Erick greeted me by name when I walked in the door and was more interested in answering my questions than "selling" me a car. I had shopped for several months before finding the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I'm really enjoying my 2012 Ford Edge Limited Edition with all the bells and whistles. And because of the great service I received, I don't mind the BMW license plate holder on my back plate. (I usually remove those advertising gadgets.) I wish the dealership were closer to my Brighton home. Even so, I will "shop" here again. More
