I have never been to a car dealership where the guy running the store was on the showroom and willing to take care of a customer. He went over the car, took us on a test drive, showed us the whole stor running the store was on the showroom and willing to take care of a customer. He went over the car, took us on a test drive, showed us the whole store, it wasn't until we went to his office until we realized he was in charge of the store, he was like everyone else, friendly and helpful. To me, thats taking care of business. More
I don't even have enough time to describe how terrible this dealership is and how not helpful they are. The receptionist should run the place, she is wonderful. this dealership is and how not helpful they are. The receptionist should run the place, she is wonderful. More
Great Dealership their sales staff are really nice and helpful. They have a great selection of BMW cars, for a good price. I been to 2 other BMW dealer's and this one was the best. helpful. We have owned 5 BMWs from 4 dealerships and this has been the absolute worst BMW and in general dealership I have ever dealt with. I originally leased and then bought my car there. After 3 months all 4 t the absolute worst BMW and in general dealership I have ever dealt with. I originally leased and then bought my car there. After 3 months all 4 tires needed to be replaced. Since it was never on dirt roads and we are careful drivers, this was a little bit of a shock. My daughter had taken the car in to get them replaced. They ignored mentioning that I had purchased a tire warranty and charged us full price (probably because they knew my daughter would not know that we had purchased it). The tires had been recalled and they decided to put the another set of the SAME recalled tires on the car knowing that there was a recall and charging us full price. I realized that they had not honored the expensive warranty and called which they did then honor for 2 of the tires. Furthermore a fuse kept needing to be replaced. They kept telling us that my daughter kept blowing a fuse due to overloading. Considering my daughter is an engineer and there wasn't a pattern to the fuse blowing- such as not when first plugging in or starting, this was a little more than an overload especially since I think a bmw should handle a blackberry charger. They stuck to their story and I took it to a dealership in Ann Arbor where immediately they recognized the problem. They guessed that another electrical problem would show soon, such a door locks, which it did. They said the next time it went out to bring it in. Within 4 hours of it being there, they had found where the wiring was not well connected and it was fixed. They agreed that it had never been a matter of what was being plugged it but it was a lemon in regards to the wiring. This dealership was terrible at listening to customers and will scam you if you not careful such as putting 2 sets of recalled tires and making you pay for them. There is a lawsuit against these tires, which many people have been a part of; however I have not heard of any other dealership that knew they were recalled and kept putting them on the car. It was finally the 3rd time for tires when we found out that these tires were recalled and demanded for new ones and asked why in the world they had kept putting on recalled tires. The man shrugged and walked away from me in the middle of our meeting. More
Took my car there with a problem that was misdiagnosed. I was told several times that there was no problem with my car. After 3 months and $800 in unnecessary repairs, the true problem (bad wheel bearing) I was told several times that there was no problem with my car. After 3 months and $800 in unnecessary repairs, the true problem (bad wheel bearing) was fixed under warranty, only due to my persistence. More
