I really feel that he went out of his way to find us the perfect car in our price point and I am so thankful that he did! While this was my first BMW, this was not our first luxury car. Sammi went above and beyond what any of our previous sales people have done for us. When we were ready to pick up the cars, he again explained all the features and help setup our settings. After that day, we would get a text from Sammi every now and then asking if we are happy with the cars and if we had any questions. This to me was exceptional customer service. It doesn't end there. The car seat cover/latches in my backseat fell through the holes and were unreachable. I took my car to the dealership and they said that since it was a defect with the car, they could order new latches for a charge. Sammi came to the service department, removed the bottom seat, got the latches out and helped put the bottom seat back on so I wouldn't have to pay for new car seat covers. All in all, I had a wonderful experience working with Sammi, the management, and the financing team. They were all great and I will definitely be returning to them for all my future car needs and you should too! More

Richard worked quickly to complete my sale the same day I decided and took extra time explaining my vehicle's features, even after the dealership closed. If I had a question or concern, Richard was only a text away. When I had an issue with my hatch, both of them made sure I didn't have to wait for a repair or come back after the part was ordered ---they fixed it on the spot and I was on my way.
