First time servicing my car at Orland BMW. I easily made an appointment on-line for a certain time in the morning, indictating I'd drop it off. When I dropped off the car, I asked how long it I easily made an appointment on-line for a certain time in the morning, indictating I'd drop it off. When I dropped off the car, I asked how long it would be and I was told an hour and a half. I came back after 1 1/2 hrs and was told it'd be another 1 1/2 hrs. It wasn't - it was another 2 hours. It took 5 hours to change the oil and brake fluid. No one called or texted to inform me of a delay. I was at the dealership 3xs (drop-off, pick-up, pick-up again). A loaner was never offered even though they acknowledge being backed up. I would not have minded the dealership saying, "here's a rental, come back in five hours". My day off that was going to be used to holiday shop didn't go as planned due to not knowing when I'd have to go to the dealership to pick up my car. More
