Went in for an air bag recall repair (Passage and driver side). They parked my car outside for an hour before bringing it in the shop. Several of the service staff couldn't drive manual trans/stick. I set the bar pretty low for most shops, BMW of Orland park service center will be no exception. Thanks for setting the bar even lower. they told me they needed a part when I came back they didn't even replace any parts and told me it was fine. I appreciate the service associate sending a Lift to retrieve my vehicle. At times Jason seemed dismissive.
