I had a 2:20 appointment, received a phone call a day before to confirm & was asked if The could arrive at 2pm which wasnt a problem. I arrived early & no one asked if they could help. I was asked later before to confirm & was asked if The could arrive at 2pm which wasnt a problem. I arrived early & no one asked if they could help. I was asked later if I wanted to have my car checked which would have been $260, I replied no just want an oil change. They did the oil change but not the courtesy check because my washer fluid was low. All I ask is for them to do what they are suppose to do & stop trying to make a person(woman) spend money when not necessary. More

I come back to the dealership because James always takes care of me to explain what's happening keep me in touch and gets me in and out fast.
