After returning my vehicle for at least the third or fourth time for the same issue. I was complaining when I came in to Jason what we thought the problem was for the last three or four times. He immediately took it in the back and they replaced the stem on the tire. It was going bad. I will write to corporate regarding my issues that I had these last four or five visits. Brought the car to check for cold air coming into the car and a recall. This dealership found no issues. Took it to BMW Sherrilleville, they found the problem and performed the recall. Went in for an air bag recall repair (Passage and driver side). They parked my car outside for an hour before bringing it in the shop. Several of the service staff couldn't drive manual trans/stick. To add to this information after waiting 2hrs they told me they couldn't fix the driver side because they didn't have the parts. I have been a mechanic and fabricator for years. I set the bar pretty low for most shops, BMW of Orland park service center will be no exception. Thanks for setting the bar even lower. they told me they needed a part when I came back they didn't even replace any parts and told me it was fine.
