After returning my vehicle for at least the third or fourth time for the same issue. I was complaining when I came in to Jason what we thought the problem was for the last three or four times. He immediately took it in the back and they replaced the stem on the tire. It was going bad. I will write to corporate regarding my issues that I had these last four or five visits. Brought the car to check for cold air coming into the car and a recall. This dealership found no issues. Took it to BMW Sherrilleville, they found the problem and performed the recall. Went in for an air bag recall repair (Passage and driver side). They parked my car outside for an hour before bringing it in the shop. Several of the service staff couldn't drive manual trans/stick. One of the staff stalled my vehicle 4 times if not more in the process of trying to get it into the shop. To add to this information after waiting 2hrs they told me they couldn't fix the driver side because they didn't have the parts. I have been a mechanic and fabricator for years. I set the bar pretty low for most shops, BMW of Orland park service center will be no exception. Thanks for setting the bar even lower. they told me they needed a part when I came back they didn't even replace any parts and told me it was fine. I waited 11 days just for them to tell me it was fine. they took way too much of my time and money for a recall they were responsible for More

I appreciate the service associate sending a Lift to retrieve my vehicle. At times Jason seemed dismissive. I waited over 45 minutes after paying 5k in repairs and my miles to service were not reset alt retrieve my vehicle. At times Jason seemed dismissive.
