I am giving 5 Stars because Kevin Hernandez was exceptional in keeping me up to date with the progress of fixing my car. He even stayed later than normal to ensure I got my vehicle before he left exceptional in keeping me up to date with the progress of fixing my car. He even stayed later than normal to ensure I got my vehicle before he left for the day. However, it took so long to get done on 1 item that they couldn't get to another that is needed. Now I have to try and figure out when I can get it done. Originally, I thought maybe this Friday, but work is not allowing me to have time to do so, So I will have to hold off. The cost of fixing these things is crazy as well. More

i brought my X5 2023 for routine service and Leakage of water inside all doors after a car wash. It is still the same. I was told , it has been fixed. I just had a visit to the car wash and there is water water inside all doors after a car wash. It is still the same. I was told , it has been fixed.
