We came in to look for a replacement vehicle as our 2019 X5 had run out of the extended warranty. We tried a couple of vehicles and ended up deciding on a 2026 CPO X5 50e, which we absolutely love. Michael took great care of us and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and all of the options as he was previously a BMW Genius. I highly recommend Michael if you are looking to get a new or used BMW anytime soon! We also got a fair price for our trade, which was great. Once we got into finance, I worked with Leo who was also so impressive and so friendly. He explained all of the options available to me and was very patient as I decided on which made sense for me. I ended up buying a CPO extended warranty and a few other coverages to ensure we can own the car for the next 6-7 years with minimal stress/worries. BMW of Ocala is like a family and every time we come for purchasing a new car or for service, we are always impressed by the team and the facility. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Thank you to everyone that helped us. I am forgetting the name of the BMW Genius that helped me but he was fantastic as well. I had never set foot in a BMW dealership before. I didn't know what to expect as I probably wasn't going to be one of their most affluent customers. I was welcomed as if I was someone who was affluent. Holley and the rest of the staff were great. I'll admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer to sell a car to but in the end I did buy one. They took all the time needed to make me feel comfortable with the car before I left the dealership. There was a minor issue with the car I was buying and they took care of it no questions asked. You know the one… the car salesman. Fortunately, that was not my experience at BMW of Ocala. From start to finish, the process of purchasing my BMW 430i Convertible was easy, relaxed, and most of all peaceful. My personality is very simple when it comes to shopping: I like to get in and get out. Before ever stepping into the dealership, I had already spent a great deal of time researching the vehicle I wanted. I wasn’t looking for a long sales pitch — just someone knowledgeable who could answer my questions. Antonio was exactly that person. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, he respected my time and my approach. He answered every question I asked without pushing, hovering, or making the process uncomfortable. He was professional, kind, and genuinely personable — which made all the difference.
