Experience was poor. My service advisor Clinton Wong was very curt. I had scheduled to ensure I had a loaner vehicle. Clinton Wong refused to provide one when I arrived. Further, my wait time exceeded the q very curt. I had scheduled to ensure I had a loaner vehicle. Clinton Wong refused to provide one when I arrived.
