There was some confusion upon my last review so I thought I would clarify my previous review. Matt Bayer and Clinton Wong are excellent. Clinton always treats me fairly, and he gets right to the point. He treats me with respect and he’s very honest. I appreciate Clinton always going the extra mile to ensure my customer satisfaction. As for Matt Bayer, he was quick to get back to me when there was a billing issue and he made sure to reach out and resolve the problem in a very professional manner. My negative review was not targeted to either of these individuals, rather another person who overcharged me and made a billing error. Upon examining my bill, I questioned the price (I knew I was charged too much). He simply stated that he did not make any billing errors and that they are “charging by the book price and labor time”. I had to go to upper management to resolve this error, but the service manager got back to me a few hours later and solved this issue. More
