I honestly need to say that the services team are very nice as always very good communication but I’m very very disappointed wit my car I had to take it to get serviced over 5 times in less that 2 months nice as always very good communication but I’m very very disappointed wit my car I had to take it to get serviced over 5 times in less that 2 months and I just picked the car bad still having problems now the heat is not working properly and the reserved sound start peeking really laud when I’m driving regularly.. I feel so tired and sick calling ONES again for more problems I think I’m going to return my car for good not happy anymore frustrated sad... I think they are not fixing my car properly I never in my entire life had so many problems with cars before. More

Paulie in the service Dept took very good care of my car and me. He was there from the moment I arrived, sent me updates via texts, and had my car cleaned and ready as soon as I arrived.
