My service advisor, Norm, has always been very professional and helpful. Normally, I'd repeatedly follow-up and double check everything with the service department to make sure the services are pe professional and helpful. Normally, I'd repeatedly follow-up and double check everything with the service department to make sure the services are performed well and complete. With Norm, I never feel the need to do that. Most of the time, I can just write him a quick email. Everything will be sent to me electronically and ready to go. Can you imagine spending less than a few minutes (drop off/ pick up) and and everything you can possibly need for your car will be done? Yea, ask for Norm. Oh and by the way, he doesn't screw up.
