Norm Michael was AMAZING yesterday. I had an appointment to get my back break light looked at. I pulled in and 22 minutes later he had the bulb replaced, warning light OFF!! $9.20, which is priceless as not to get my back break light looked at. I came to Kansas City from Texas and ran into a bit of trouble with my vehicle. Norm and Dylan did an excellent job on taking care of me !!!
