He worked with me on every aspect of the sale, including test driving multiple cars until I found just the right one for me. Chandler and Tariq worked with me until the price and payment were in my comfort range. Everyone (including Lori and Matt for financing and delivery) was super friendly and helpful every step of the way! I absolutely recommend BMW of Kansas City South if you're looking for a great deal without the pushy sales people you typically see at car dealerships. Thank you all!!! More

They were honest in what they described to me over the phone so I made the trip and I was not disappointed. Ask for Nick Fairbanks as your sales guy and Lorie Hudnall for financing....highly recommend! More

Sam Lee, my sales agent, was professional, witty, courteous, honest, and willing to provide the ultimate car buying service. Lorie Hudnall, Retail Business Manager, completed my paperwork and discussed in detail the paperwork with me prior to my signing. Lorie did not pressure me to purchase any add-ons and she stayed professional throughout the entire process. I found both Lorie and Sam to be honest and forthright, which made my car buying experience exceptional. If you plan to purchase a BMW from Kansas City South, I personally recommend Sam Lee as your sales agent and Lorie Hudnall as your finance manager. More

Terrible Experience First, I asked if they specifically had this certain diagnostic test. They assured me they could perform this test on my car. But, they actually did n First, I asked if they specifically had this certain diagnostic test. They assured me they could perform this test on my car. But, they actually did not have the capability of doing that test. I wasted my money because they were lying to me about that they didn't provide that test. Then Shelley Clements called me irresponsible. She is the service manager. Overall, a very poor experience with all employees I was in contact with at the service department. More
Lack follow through and integrity BMW of Kansas City South Salesman, Andrew agreed to my price on the phone, said he would even come get me so that I could drive my new car back! He jumped through hoops to get this deal, initially! Sounded good....I should have known better. The oldest trick in the book- to get you INSIDE the dealership! Upon arrival, Andrew instructed me to go in inside and introduce myself to Dave, the GM. I walked in and asked for Dave, he was standing nearby talking to someone else, he offered up a "Hello, I am Dave." I extended my hand to shake his, saying Andrew asked me to come in to introduce myself. Dave never extended his hand, leaving me hanging, (poor people skills obviously) and stated, "you are open to discussion regarding the price, right?" I replied, "NO, I am not, actually!" The next thing I knew, I was being handed paper work that included a down payment that I had never agreed to! Andrew and I had discussed and agreed to ONLY a zero down payment! So, there I am ,alone, tired, anxious to finalize the deal, it was 4 PM after a long day of negotiation, they wore me down... I ended up paying the down payment, I was not happy at all. I was then told by the salesman to compensate for the "misunderstanding" that he would throw in the following: A car cover, a seat cover, a hat AND a discount on transporting my car to FL, he even offered to assist us in transporting our other vehicle!! ( I had also been dealing with my dealership in FL where we live part time, in hindsight should have stayed with them)..All sounded great to me-fair enough. NONE of it has come to fruition! No follow up on any of the promises. It has been 60 days and nothing! Enter at your own risk. A stereotypical car dealership! Lies and disappointments. Side note: I do believe Andrew meant well, his hands were tied however and he is working for a GM with zero people skills and a typical "get them in here and rake them over the coals mentality". More
