Great Sales Advisor I recently purchased a new BMW from the dealer. My experience was great. The sales advisor, Rod Matthews, was friendly, very helpful and knew the pr I recently purchased a new BMW from the dealer. My experience was great. The sales advisor, Rod Matthews, was friendly, very helpful and knew the product he was selling very well. He was easy to work with. Rod's a good listener. I spent several hours at the dealership that day and he was able to record responses I had provided earlier to required on line information that was needed to complete the sale. He answered my many questions in a way that I could easily understand. He was great to work with. I give a thumbs up to the dealership and highly recommend Rod as the sales person to make the purchase of a BMW happen for you too. More
Not the best car buying experience I just purchased a used 7 series from BMW of Kansas City South. I am a prior BMW owner and consider myself pretty knowledgeable about the 7 series and I just purchased a used 7 series from BMW of Kansas City South. I am a prior BMW owner and consider myself pretty knowledgeable about the 7 series and came prepared with my questions about a 7 series they recently offered for sale. While the car itself was as advertised, the car buying experience left a LOT to be desired. I am VERY busy with work, family, etc. and don't have a lot of time to waste...yet that is exactly what this dealership did. Every appointment I had took at least 2 hours (test drive, initial negotiations on price, 2nd test drive and final delivery). The sales associate Kalene, while very enthusiastic and pleasant, seemed more worried about closing the sale rather than answering my questions. The 2 "sales managers" she kept going and talking to would take 10-15 minutes to answer just the simplest questions. I could see through the glass that they were just sitting there chatting. I get the psychology of the car buying process but it's a waste of my valuable time when the price is already negotiated. When I told them I wasn't ready to buy RIGHT THEN, they have me some xx about another appointment coming in to look at the car the next day. When I offered to put a deposit down, they refused unless I guaranteed taking delivery the next day. I told them I had other plans and there was no way possible to go through all that 2 hour process on a Saturday, they just let me walk. When I did come back to test drive the car again, they AGAIN tried to get me to buy the car right then. Overall, they just seemed xxxx bent on making a sale and not really being considerate of the customer. In addition, the finance person took at least an hour to get my paper work ready. From the date I signed the sale agreement, put down a deposit and was pre-approved for financing, they had 3 business days to get my paper work ready. When I showed up for my appointment, nothing was done. I understand they my be short staffed in that department (seemed like there was only one person) but that is something that needs to be addressed if you want to keep the clientele around who have the money to buy these luxury cars. Again, they already had all of my info and could have had all of the paperwork ready at the time of delivery. What should have taken 30 min tops took 2 hours. Lastly, when it came time to actually take my car home, Kalene was off talking to another customer and I literally stood there on the show room floor for 5 minutes next to my car looking around for help. I remember at least 5 times throughout this entire process where I seriously considered just walking out due to the lack of attentiveness. I might expect this at a lower level domestic dealership but not from a luxury car dealer trying to compete with other luxury car dealers in the city. Again, the car I purchased was as advertised and was good value. The people in the service department seem good as well (they sold me all-weather floor mats at a discount). The sales rep was friendly but I could tell that she was highly concerned with making a sale and put that before the customer or the customer's schedule. I would have a hard time recommending this dealership without some caveats or disclosures about their car buying experience. More

They can't even provide you with simple quotes for services when it's right there on there computer in front of them....Twice I tried to get my car serviced with them and twice I went to Barron and got excellent service for my BMDub.....If you are reading this stay far far away from this place....If you don't believe me just look at all the other people who have tried to have their car serviced there and had problems.....Do yourself a favor "Barron" More

He worked with me on every aspect I just bought a 2017 BMW X1 from Hendrick BMW of Kansas City South. My sales advisor Rodkem Matthews was awesome!! He worked with me on every aspect of the sale, including test driving multiple cars until I found just the right one for me. Chandler and Tariq worked with me until the price and payment were in my comfort range. Everyone (including Lori and Matt for financing and delivery) was super friendly and helpful every step of the way! I absolutely recommend BMW of Kansas City South if you're looking for a great deal without the pushy sales people you typically see at car dealerships. Thank you all!!! More

They were honest in what they described to me over the phone so I made the trip and I was not disappointed. Ask for Nick Fairbanks as your sales guy and Lorie Hudnall for financing....highly recommend! More

Lorie Hudnall, Retail Business Manager, completed my paperwork and discussed in detail the paperwork with me prior to my signing. Lorie did not pressure me to purchase any add-ons and she stayed professional throughout the entire process. I found both Lorie and Sam to be honest and forthright, which made my car buying experience exceptional. If you plan to purchase a BMW from Kansas City South, I personally recommend Sam Lee as your sales agent and Lorie Hudnall as your finance manager. More
