Thorough, professional & personable service I brought my 2006 BMW X3 3.0i, which I had recently acquired elsewhere in for diagnostics of warning lights/conditions. They not only diagnosed the i I brought my 2006 BMW X3 3.0i, which I had recently acquired elsewhere in for diagnostics of warning lights/conditions. They not only diagnosed the items of concerned but also went the extra mile to remedy simple issues: cleaned the ABS module from overflowing brake fluid, replaced a blown fuse (previously switched to a wrong size) & inflated tires, as well providing options to address the more significant issues. And took the time to double check their work, explain what was found, the work they performed & the options for repairs. Oh, and they only charged me for the diagnosis service & cost of the fuse. More

New BMW purchase This is my third new BMW. Went with South KC BMW mainly because they are less arrogant than many other BMW dealers and they were willing, albeit after This is my third new BMW. Went with South KC BMW mainly because they are less arrogant than many other BMW dealers and they were willing, albeit after several months, to put together a deal for me on a car they had on the lot. Salesman, Billy Roskosh, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and didn’t pester when we couldn’t reach an agreement initially. Delivery was painless other than pressure by the business folks to buy all sorts of extended coverages that would have added more than $10,000 to the price tag. I have always had excellent performance from my BMWs and believe that if the car is truly high quality, as BMW claims, these additional plans should be unnecessary. A bit of a scare tactic was used to try to convince me to spend more. That is the only negative thing I have to say about the transaction. More
