Went with South KC BMW mainly because they are less arrogant than many other BMW dealers and they were willing, albeit after several months, to put together a deal for me on a car they had on the lot. Salesman, Billy Roskosh, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and didn’t pester when we couldn’t reach an agreement initially. Delivery was painless other than pressure by the business folks to buy all sorts of extended coverages that would have added more than $10,000 to the price tag. I have always had excellent performance from my BMWs and believe that if the car is truly high quality, as BMW claims, these additional plans should be unnecessary. A bit of a scare tactic was used to try to convince me to spend more. That is the only negative thing I have to say about the transaction. More

I take each of my vehicles here for service and updates and I am always treated as I am the only 1 they are dealing with at that time. They are honest, trusting, and detailed when it comes to communication and or cost. Each individual I highly recommend this facility for purchase or repairs. Not a pleasant experience We negotiated and purchased a 2015 BMW 535 from BMW Kansas City South via the internet. We worked with Keith and, as usual when buying a car, all was We negotiated and purchased a 2015 BMW 535 from BMW Kansas City South via the internet. We worked with Keith and, as usual when buying a car, all was well until we got to final details. We noticed and complained about an "admin fee" , Keith told us multiple times that while he couldn't lower the price of the car that he'd "waive " this fee. We agreed to pay 1/2 of the shipping cost as well. We made a deposit and got the purchase contract overnighted to us. We saw the fee and complained, and again were told that it would be waived, it would all work out in the end. We signed & returned the contract as it was (big mistake). After we got the title and contract wise found the fee still in place. Contacted the dealer and Keith, only to be told we had signed the deal and that was it. We also have not had the cost of shipping disclosed to us. Total con job, as far as I'm concerned. Should we have signed the incorrect contract? No, in hindsight we were unthinking to do that... but apparently honesty is dead at BMW Kansas City South! More
