As luck would have it BMW South had the correct tire in stock. They provided me with a loaner car as I had an appointment to meet and couldn’t wait for my tire service. By the time I returned from the appointment my car was ready to go. Great service!! More

Yearly Maintenance Visit Bottom line: Although they gave me a loaner and a discount(?), the time and money for the visit seemed excessive. Even though I had previous bad ex Bottom line: Although they gave me a loaner and a discount(?), the time and money for the visit seemed excessive. Even though I had previous bad experiences with this dealership's service of my i3 (including multiple visits just to get a new key fob), Hendrick's called me to schedule my yearly maintenance on my i3 and I agreed. They called, unbeknownst to me, right after my maintenance plan expired. I was not told and did not know the plan had expired and went to the appointment believing the plan would last until the end of my warranty and cover the cost of my maintenance. The eventual cost (about $400) of the service was significantly more than it should have been considering it was only an oil change and air filter replacement (over $300 in labor). Furthermore, I was informed it would be done about 45 minutes before it actually was (it took a little over 3 hours) and was repeatedly told it would be done in 15 minutes. This slight delay isn't normally a big deal but it did impact my evening plans. Again, these specific issues aren't major and probably wouldn't have bothered me except the surprise of the cost and my history of unpleasant visits. I've only had good service experiences at Baron over the last 5 years and less than satisfactory experiences at Hendrick's, so I will not be going back or recommending Hendrick's. More
