I have worked with John Strode on three different occasions. Each experience was seamless and pain-free 😊 John is knowledgeable, polite and professional. I had the opportunity to interact with their technician (wished I remembered his name) when a spark plug issue came up. The technician took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all questions. Their maintenance update video is more detailed than the other place in town. I use to go to Baron before making the jump to BMW of KC South. There are two big differences between these two businesses- one is the quality of service and the other is staff knowledgeability. At my last visit to Baron with Chelsea, I had a check engine light on. Baron missed the check engine light so I had to go back in a second time. Then they didn’t know what was wrong, made me buy update to the software, still couldn’t figure out the problem, killed my car so it wouldn’t even start and charged me for doing two exploratory work on the car to figure out the problem. My experience with John always has been very clear and well communicated. I know exactly what to expect and get no surprises. On one occasion, I had my new puppy with me. She started being a bit rowdy and wanted to play around. Everyone at the dealership was very patient and kind, which I appreciated so much. Also, their waiting room is well stocked with snacks, drinks and reading material. All in all, I highly recommend John and BMW of KC South. More
