Initiated my purchase in July 2022 and took appropriately a month to complete (paid additional for delivery - poorly organized service). To date, now we are looking at 2+ months with possession of the car an a month to complete (paid additional for delivery - poorly organized service). I've prompted this on multiple occasions, they also failed to transfer my registration without prompting. They did however ask for $8.10 to facilitate something that should have been done in the first place - insulting. Incredibly disappointing; one would expect more from a BMW dealership. More

I was able to text John and he checked the issue remotely and assured me it was safe to continue to my destination. I have told many people the service is what I love most about owning a BMW. My warranty expired and about 3 weeks later the PCV valve diaphragm had a tear. A replacement manifold was estimated at $2,200.
