Completely and totally pleased with every aspect of my visit. They sent me reminder emails about my upcoming visit. I was greeted by several different employees when I arrived. They had nice loaner wait visit. They sent me reminder emails about my upcoming visit. I was greeted by several different employees when I arrived. They had nice loaner waiting for me when I dropped off my car. They kept me advised of repair progress, they sent a professional video recapping the completed work. The completed job cost exactly what the estimate was. As I observed others checking in and out, all seemed pleased with their service advisor. I am particularly pleased and delighted with Norm Michael, who is my advisor. He is always professional as well as being well trained and a wonderful professional to conduct BMW business. I trust Norm completely and value his input. I intend to stay with Hendrick BMW and look forward to a wonderful relationship. More

Initiated my purchase in July 2022 and took appropriately a month to complete (paid additional for delivery - poorly organized service). To date, now we are looking at 2+ months with possession of the car an a month to complete (paid additional for delivery - poorly organized service). To date, now we are looking at 2+ months with possession of the car and 3 payments on the car and have yet to receive the title for the car. I've prompted this on multiple occasions, they also failed to transfer my registration without prompting. They did however ask for $8.10 to facilitate something that should have been done in the first place - insulting. Incredibly disappointing; one would expect more from a BMW dealership. More

My service advisor, John Strode, has always taken great care of me. It’s extremely convenient to be able to text my advisor. I was on a road trip over the summer and my check engine light came on. I was able to text John and he checked the issue remotely and assured me it was safe to continue to my destination. I have told many people the service is what I love most about owning a BMW. All of the advisors at this dealership are friendly and helpful. If you’re thinking of buying a BMW, give these guys a look first! More
