Completely and totally pleased with every aspect of my visit. They sent me reminder emails about my upcoming visit. I was greeted by several different employees when I arrived. The completed job cost exactly what the estimate was. As I observed others checking in and out, all seemed pleased with their service advisor. I am particularly pleased and delighted with Norm Michael, who is my advisor. He is always professional as well as being well trained and a wonderful professional to conduct BMW business.
