I have recently purchased a VW Passat from James Schaefer. When I had arrived to see the car he had been so kind as to move the car inside due to the cold weather. I was immediately greeted and asked what had brought me into Anderson's by Jason Rose. After saying what brought me in, Jason checked the inventory for what I was looking for. Purchased used car online,Mikki sent additional pictures and video of auto I was looking at. Mikki picked me up at airport (40 min away) and was there early. The dealership had numerous pictures with autotrader ad. The Honda I bought for one of my daughters was below book value with 45,000 miles which is very hard to find at any price. Beautiful facility,would recommend to any consumer thinking about buying a car online. I normally by from private owners but Anderson provides carfax FREE and there prices are below retail. Anderson BMW's part pricing and service labor pricing is a total ripoff. They are charging more than the MSRP for parts. They wanted to charge my wife a minimum of $65.00 labor costs to replace the hood lat a total ripoff. They are charging more than the MSRP for parts. They wanted to charge my wife a minimum of $65.00 labor costs to replace the hood latch of our X5. More if they had problems opening the hood (a simple bent piece of wire was all that I needed to reach the latch and open the hood). It took me all of 2 minutes to remove the 2 bolts and replace the broken latch. More
Several months ago I wanted to get my daughter a car of rher 16th B-Day and make it very special. Bob and James went above and beyond finding me the perfect car and color for my daughter. We went to other dealerships as well including Jeep and Chevy and found Anderson the place for me. We negotiated the price well ahead of time and made it "turn key" as we entered the dealership. My daughter was thrilled to get a used Taurus which was in the used car lot because it was a CAR. Then we proceeded to into the showroom to finish the paperwork. James then brought my family into the service bay and to my daughters delight- her RED JETTA with balloons on it was waiting for her!!! That was the perfect birthday gift for her! None of this could have happened without James and Bob! BTW- I bought my 2006 BMW X-5 from Anderson as well. More
I was looking for a good used car at a reasonable price for my son. He found one on the internet and worked with Cassandra.
