I received exemplary service and support from Danny Andrade. Recently, I purchased a brand-new BMW 330Ci convertible through the European Delivery program. Both my original dealer and his replacement departed prior to the re-delivery of my vehicle in the U.S. A potential nightmare situation? Not at all. Danny Andrade took over the management of my vehicle’s re-delivery--tracking the car’s progress across the Atlantic Ocean, informing me of dealer-installed options, and providing me with the BMW Car and Key Memory Customer Selection Form. Mr. Andrade was friendly, personable, courteous and professional. He was easily accessible by cell phone and e-mail, and always promptly returned my phone calls and replied to e-mails. Mr. Andrade’s level of service and support, however, went beyond the call of duty. My car was due to arrive on a Friday. That Wednesday, Mr. Andrade informed me that there was a possibility of the car arriving a day earlier. This would have been exciting news generally, because I had been eagerly anticipating my reunion with the car after dropping it off in Munich 6 weeks earlier. More importantly, however, my girlfriend had been in Europe for a month, and was arriving at San Francisco Airport that same day. The possibility of surprising her with the new car was a tempting dream. Mr. Andrade made that dream a reality. The car arrived on Thursday morning, a day earlier as Mr. Andrade had anticipated. He informed the BMW staff that my car had to be ready at 3 p.m. and pushed them to expedite the usual dealer preparation process. When I arrived at the dealership at 3, my car was waiting for me. It had been washed and programmed with all the personal options that I requested—all at record pace. Unbelievable! Thanks to Mr. Andrade, I surprised my girlfriend at the San Francisco Airport with the new car. It is a memory that we will always cherish. Mr. Andrade has set the finest example of courtesy to customers and pure professionalism. Even though he was not my original dealer, Mr. Andrade treated my file as if it were his own, and the transition process could not have gone smoother. I can say with certainty that this was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. BMW’s high level of customer service matches the impeccable engineering and craftsmanship of its vehicles. Lamar Bias was a great salesperson and very easy to deal with when purchasing our BMW. Since purchasing the car, the sales department at BMW of Concord has been superb in meeting our needs. Therefore, I called ALL the dealers in the San Francisco Bay Area and told them exactly what I wanted. Only two were agressive with their pricing, but BMW Concord offered me a competitive deal and provided exceptional service. My sales rep was Danny and the majority of my transaction was handeled online. Danny was professional, prompt, sincere and valued my business. I'll buy my next BMW from Danny and I highly recommend you do too. More

I've been driving BMW's for just over 25 years, getting a new one every 4-5 years, using different dealers. BMW really made a significant improvements with "bells and whistles" with this 2010 model. Danny is by far the best sales rep I've worked with for reviewing and understanding ALL the features of the car. I didn't feel rushed through the process, his knowledge was impressive! Silly things like knowing exactly how to use the washer feature on the headlights, I've had this feature on a couple of cars and never figured out the trick. He did an excellent job reviewing the iDrive system. Great job, Danny!!! More

As this was an insurance issue, I was adamant that ALL costs be assessed prior to the authorization. I didn't want to end up with additional adjustments/additions to the cost of the repair. I kept getting calls for additional parts and labor, which I needed to try to resolve with insurance. The cost was extremely high ($13k) and there was NO actual collision damage to be repaired. Additional charges kept getting communicated to me because it simply "wouldn't look right" unless they "blended" the paint into another area. In the end I was resolved to pay an additional $500 of my own money so that the entire car would simply be repainted, thus avoiding any "blending". But it wasn't. It was clear that they did NOT paint the entire car because there were legacy ding marks on the passenger side door that would have gone away. I was also told it would get a service. That also did not happen because the service warning has not been reset. I am quite confident that had I done some checking, I would have found an independent shop that would have taken better care of me, and for far less money. It is infuriating that $13,000 apparently does not cover painting the entire vehicle, and giving it a service, to say nothing of addressing other things such as the interior door panel which was missed. It is important to note that I have always been extremely pleased with the service center in Concord. At my first visit, a young lady met me at the car and offered me coffee before I was even checked in. Very first class! But the collision center seemed segregated from the dealership. They seemed to be far more interested in maximizing their profit, than with delivering a quality repair, and excellent experience. All at my expense. Never again. Sean Harris More
