My husband and I visited the lot on February 12 just to take a look at some 3 Series Certified BMWs as the one I have ha interested in buying a BMW. My husband and I visited the lot on February 12 just to take a look at some 3 Series Certified BMWs as the one I have has almost 200k miles and we thought it was time to look for a replacement. We had no intention of purchashing a car that day. JT greeted us almost immediately....he was sharp and friendly and we liked him right away. We told him we were just looking -- he asked for some specifics -- and then showed us what he had in 3 Series certifieds. He took his time and was not pushy. When I found a car I really liked he very cleverly got us to take it for a spin. And that was the dealmaker! We took it on the freeway and then to an out-of-the way area where we both drove the car. I had not planned on doing any "testing" but JT encouraged me to...and once behind the wheel I knew it was mine. The price was terrific -- mileage low (21k+) and the car was just in beautiful shape -- great tires, loved the color. So....a few hours later we were out the door with me driving my new car. I loved JT's approach and handling of the whole process -- never pushy but there was the gentle nudge that I personally needed to break down and buy a new car. I want you to know I have not looked back -- I am thrilled with my new car! It is an absolutely pleasure to drive. I get compliments all the time -- and I recommend Concord BMW to everyone who asks.
