Brought my car in for an inspection and Tim was great in explaining what was included and also what was recommended. Also, the shuttle service to the BART station was prompt. Everything was great, quick and professional as far as customer service goes. However, the detailing job could have been better as I did find some parts that were left not completely clean such as dust in customer service goes. However, the detailing job could have been better as I did find some parts that were left not completely clean such as dust in the air vents and scum residue left on the wood of the dash. Additionally, the the times could have been cleaned better. However, BMW Concord gladly replaced an interior panel for me that had some paint wearing off which was nearly worth the discounted cost of the detailing service. Tim Renner who oversaw the detailing was extremely professional in helping me out along the process and JR was very friendly and reassured me that I was making a good investment in detailing my car at BMW Concord. They certainly give BMW Concord a good reputation. Overall, the overall experience is definitely deserving of a 5/5. However, next time I get my car detailed, I will be sure to point out the specifics of what I felt needed specific attention in the vehicle before leaving it at the dealership. More

Once again Shane demonstrates why he is the premier service representative at Concord BMW. He's courteous, articulate and professional.
