I went to the Mini Cooper web site where I reviewed the various models and familiarized myself with the various options available. I then went to Edmunds.com and Kelly Blue book for pricing information an various models and familiarized myself with the various options available. I then went to Edmunds.com and Kelly Blue book for pricing information and dealer recommendations. Edmunds sent out an e-mail with my specifications to various dealers in a 500 mile radius of where I live. Danny Andrade from BMW Concord sent me a short message stating that he had some Minis in which I might be interested. That started a very interesting and productive exchange of views and options. Danny was always courteous and fantastically prompt in his replies, even when I was a little obnoxious; he kept his cool. In short he provided me with all the information I requested, even sent pictures, and offered helpful suggestions. When we finally got down to a car that was CLOSE but not exactly what I had in mind, he smoothed out the differences, truthfully acknowledged the missing features I wanted and honestly explained the additional features which I DIDN'T WANT but which my wife loved and two months later still loves (It's her car. I just bought it.) When we finally agreed on the outline of a possible deal, my wife and I went to Concord for a test drive. Everything was as Danny had described. There were no hassles and no surprises. Basically, we couldn't think of a reason NOT to buy the car (although I don't part with $32K easily). P.S. The whole thing took about two weeks and the deal was done before I started getting messages from other dealers. Ron Chandik More

This was my first time buying a BMW and it was a wonderful experience because of the my salesman and the staf great to deal with, especially JT Zory. I was stranded and in need of 4 new tires (after 1 started to split on the freeway). Tim Renner was extremely helpful, not only taking care of my veh (330CI) but arranged for an immed loaner so I coul started to split on the freeway). This is my 3rd car from BMW Concord. Need I say more. The first car was back in 1973-74 when we got the Bavaria. It lasted 15 years before it got rear-ended on the 405 in LA. Then I bought a 325i from Mica first car was back in 1973-74 when we got the Bavaria. It lasted 15 years before it got rear-ended on the 405 in LA. Then I bought a 325i from Micahel Heller in 2001 and when it got rear-ended with 290,000 miles and totaled I needed a new car.This answers customer servive,quality,friendliness, experience...and finally price, as I think I got a great deal from JT. My neighbor is looking for a new car and I will recommend JT to her. More
Shane and Amy as well as all the staff at Concord BMW took care of me and my car. They really ensure that I am taken care of and the service to my car is done right the first time. I live in San Francisco and drive past at least 3 BMW dealerships and drive 30 plus miles to Concord where Shane and Amy are. It's well worth the drive, time, traffic and energy to go all the way out there to make sure my 2006 BMW M5 gets the service it needs. They always greet me with a smile and are very pleasant! The dealer provides services and completes it in time as promised. I absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants their BMW serviced. More

Specifically, Shane Garner, a Service Consultant, has made each visit for regualar maintenance a joy! Shane is always welcoming, cheerful, knowledgable and always rises above and beyond the call of duty. He denotes every attribute of a true customer service professional. Any issue, concern was always addressed immediately and with the best outcome. In addition, the service team is always on top of their game when it comes to handling maintenance. Always repairing the issues at hand, the service team goes above and beyond by suggesting possible preventive maintenance. By doing so, I am always kept abreast of the true condition of my vehicle. Their expertise is priceless. This service in addition to the service provided by Shane Garner truly makes Concord BMW #1 in my book! THANKS AGAIN CONCORD BMW!! More
This has been one of the best service experiences my partner and I have ever had. We owned an Acura, Honda, 2 Land Rovers and now 2 BMW's. This is easily the best experience of all of those.
