This was my first time buying a bimmer and Danny made it so easy for me. I had a Civic that I wanted to trade in and Danny made sure I got a good deal on that. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. After a negative experience with the local dealer there is no way I'd go back to experience more negativity. I needed to find a new dealership. I asked a couple of business associates who owned BMW's who maintained their cars. One of my business associates recommended Concord BMW as an alternative dealer. A very friendly staff arranged a service appointment the next Monday and provided a loaner car for the day as well. Later that afternoon I got a call from Shane reporting that the car was finished. Also in addition to the maintenance service a leaking power steering hose was replaced under warranty. I arrived to pick up the car. Shane greeted me and thanked me for my business. I asked a few questions while I waited for the car to be brought up. It's been about 3 weeks since my visit. I'm happy to report the maintenance service made a difference, the car runs great! I am definitely satisfied with the Concord BMW Team. Thank You. More
Perhaps it is just me, but I have found dealership services pretty average. The warrant repair works are seriously regulated by BMW NA. Tim Renner knows his customers very well. He knew me by name on my second time in for service. He always keeps me up to date with the progress of my car. Having been a customer for over 25 yrs. and on my 6th Beamer, I have had good experience with several individuals at this dealership, but Shane stands out exceptionally above the rest. He has gained my trust and confidence. He takes a personal interest like it was his own car requiring servicing. He's an excellent listner. I observed the same treatment he provides to other customers, he makes each of us feel special. Besides this personalize treatment, he's up to date with the newest technology & gives good solid advice to us i.e. the air bag light illuminated and I ignored relying on my good defensive driving behavior. Shane explained that it would be detrimental to me as it was not just a computer glize, but the air bag itself had a malfunction. As stated, I trust him and authorized the repair. On ocassions, I've been late to my appts. and he is very gracious and does not make me feel guilty. On another visit, I had to towed my beamer in due to water pump. Shane knows my need to have a BMW loaner and can't drive any other make because of my height (under 4'10"), he arranged to have one available for me. He takes really good care of me and my car. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to share the outstanding and excellent service I receive consistently from Shane. Well let me start right off by saying that this car purchse at Concord BMW was BEST experience I ever encounter! So when I say, I know what it feel like to hear a high pressure sales pitch..I DO! Because right from the initial meetings Mr. Andrade made me feel as if I was a returning customer, and he was really just excited to say hello. When actually, I was there to maybe test drive and buy a car. This was my fourth BMW I've purchase in the past 12 yrs, and I never met a sales person that was so energetic and enthusiatic to give me a test drive with little to no pressure buy! He new all the BMW cars from inside and out, and was very eager meet all my expectations, and for the record he met all my requirement and some addition ones I didn't consider. And with all that being said "Danny Andrade" has set the bar to a very high in the standards of car sales in my family, and has surpassed all my previous good experiences at car dealerships. I brought my BMW in for two services due and a "Jolt and pulling away" problem when the engine was cold. Both the services and the problem were resolved within a day and my car runs better than ever.
