Tim said it should only take 1 1/2 - 2 hours so I waited at the dealership rather than taking the shuttle. And it did only take 1 1/2 hours as promised! His customer service is impecable and has ALWAYS go name on my second time in for service. He always keeps me up to date with the progress of my car.
