We have bought what is coming up to be 8 cars from this dealership and this one salesman. We have never had a problem, always given loaner cars when a car was in for service and we are always impressed wh dealership and this one salesman. We have never had a problem, always given loaner cars when a car was in for service and we are always impressed when we leave. If a car needs service, they'll come pick it up for us at our home or office (nearly 30 minutes away) and leave is with a loaner. Repairs are always done on time and actually fix the problem.

Mike Heller is an absolute gem - he has always been very candid with us and will explain everything to us. He is now a close family friend with whom we are on a first name basis. The best dealership and the best salesman I have ever dealt with...period.

Reading some of the previous reviews about the "buy it or the guy over there will" - it's true, I've seen it happen on numerous occasions. For example, one of our cars was ordered and came in incorrectly so we couldn't take delivery. Within five minutes, the car was sold to another person. I've dealt exclusively with Mike Heller in sales and recommend him to EVERYONE interested in buying a BMW in our area. More
There's something really sleezy and underhanded about these guys. They set me up with this, "take it now or that guy over there wants to buy it". Also, "pay full price because that guy over there want these guys. They set me up with this, "take it now or that guy over there wants to buy it". Also, "pay full price because that guy over there wants to buy it." These are the oldest tactics in the book. I invested a LOT of time into the purchase and really feel screwed, in retrospect. Stay away from these people. More
I visited many dealerships from my ski trip from Tahoe for the X3 or X5, after comparing Neillo (Sacramento), East Bay (Pleasonton), Fremont and Stevens Creek. Concord BMW is the WORST in pricing.
I w for the X3 or X5, after comparing Neillo (Sacramento), East Bay (Pleasonton), Fremont and Stevens Creek. Concord BMW is the WORST in pricing.
I was greeted by a courteous but experienced/professional (i.e., wicked) sales who seemed to work in non-premium brand dealers.

The pricing in Concord is ridiculous, among all the dealers I visited, they are the only one who put a premium (5K) on the cars in their lot.

The car selection in their lot is very good, and their purchase manager made some very intelligent choices on importing attractive colors and interior combinations. However, their asking price is so high that there is little room for a consumer to negotiate. It is very likely at the end the consumer will pay for MSRP even for not so popular models/combinations.

What I like about this dealership:
- Decor (best I saw)
- Selection

What I don't like about this dealership:
- Pricing
- Cheap sales tactics More
