Extraordinary experience !!!! I was hesitant in going to this dealership because of all the terrible reviews and lack of customer service. But since I went to a couple of Nissan d I was hesitant in going to this dealership because of all the terrible reviews and lack of customer service. But since I went to a couple of Nissan dealerships I decided to stop in. And that when I met Patricia. She was amazing. Super nice. She new the ins and outs of the Altima. She gave me a hassle free price. She answered all my questions and believe me I had a lot. She was even super nice to my daughter. Gave her a pen and paper to draw. Because of Her I would come back and only to business with Patricia! Thank you Patricia. I love my new altima. More

Made me feel right at home I'm pretty sure all this guy does is read about cars. I went in looking for an Altima but was also considering an Infiniti G35 as well as an Audi A6. I'm pretty sure all this guy does is read about cars. I went in looking for an Altima but was also considering an Infiniti G35 as well as an Audi A6. Gary came over to me and I immediately felt like I was talking to a person (I've had horrible experiences with other car dealers) but we actually talked about anything but cars for the first couple minutes before Gary broke down anything and everything I needed to know about all of the cars I was considering. He's a really smart salesman and seemed to genuinely be interested in my business. Anyway I ended up with the Altima, I just have the price a 3 star rating cause I'm never happy with the price of anything unless it's free. More
Absolutely Awful Experience Would give it less than a star if possible. Went in on a Saturday with a TrueCar offer, but didn't have a certificate with me because I wasn't plannin Would give it less than a star if possible. Went in on a Saturday with a TrueCar offer, but didn't have a certificate with me because I wasn't planning to buy. Sales rep Miguel went on TrueCar at the dealership and we built the exact car together that the dealership had in inventory. We agreed on a price and I returned today with a certificate that was a little more than the price we agreed upon, which the sales rep had himself helped us get to. Now, price was $1500 more than agreed upon through TrueCar, due to "missing something from the MSRP on the TrueCar quote", which wound up being $810. So, how does missing $810 raise the quote by $1500? Good question. Got no answer, but eventually we agreed to the new TrueCar price. Then, they come back and after mentioning NOTHING the two times we were here about not being able to get the 0.0% financing as well as the TrueCar price due to incentives built into the price, we were hammered with an additional $4k on the price due to not being able to take advantage of a rebate. Then, sales rep Miguel, who pushed a lease on us from the moment we got into the building, even though we stated clearly multiple times we wanted to finance the vehicle, comes back with a quote in my price range on a lease, but neglected to mention that it was a lease and we began talking about potential damage warranties and the likes of that, where he nonchalantly mentioned that it was a leased vehicle and we should look into additional protection. The manager Ali came over and tried to schmooze me into taking the rebate and opting for a higher interest rate, which I did not want to do. This was an awful experience as I was sold one thing, promised one price, then when I was ready to buy I watched the price and my monthly payments rise significantly. Overall, sales rep made mistakes which wound up costing us money and time, and the manager was a schmoozer who said one thing Saturday then dropped a hammer on us tonight. More

Never again Terrible experience. The car we ended up with was totally misrepresented. Came back within the week to fix the situation. We were pretty much told tou Terrible experience. We sat in the car with the salesman Marvin and specifically asked, "does this rogue have everything that our trade in rogue has except intelligence key(which we were falsely told could be installed after market), GPS and a sunroof." We were told absolutely. Before the week was over, we came to realization that the car also didn't have automatic headlights, fog lights, power seats. Furthermore, the Bluetooth for the gps doesn't work when plugged into the console. Information Marvin knew but didn't tell us when we said we could do with out the gps. Since this purchase we have been lied to and been run around with no call backs. Apparently the general manager doesn't exist, as he/she is never there. Their "customer service manager" is a 20year old undergrad who was too busy with final exams to do anything about our situation. Any manager we spoke with never returned any phone calls as promised. Stay away from this dealership. They are scam artists who get you into a vehicle they know nothing about, then get you out of the door and never care again. More
