I purchased a used car from Hackensack Nissan on June 5, 2012. At that time I also purchased a service agreement for $1999.00 which is a service warranty for 24 months/24,000 miles. I needed to bring the ca 2012. At that time I also purchased a service agreement for $1999.00 which is a service warranty for 24 months/24,000 miles. I needed to bring the car in for service as the entire car shakes extremely bad and found out the person who wrote up my paperwork (the Finance person), put the incorrect mileage on the service agreement application. They indicated that the odometer reading was 24,000 miles, however, it should have been 51,898 which is on the Odometer Disclosure Statement that I received when I purchased the car. I spoke with a person from Quality Guard+Plus today and he told me that Nissan needs to make the correction with them in order for me to get my car serviced. When I called Hackensack Nissan I spoke with Lois, Rose and Olga. After speaking with 3 people this issue was not resolved. I even faxed over, as requested, a copy of the Service Agreement with the incorrect mileage and a copy of the Odometer Disclosure Statement which indicates the correct mileage on the car at the time of purchase. Lois told me to bring the car in tomorrow and the service dept. could tell me if my car was covered. I told her I am not wasting my time driving over there , finding out the info. is incorrect in the computer which she already knew and then driving back home. So, I called the service dept and they said they can only see the incorrect information in the system, therefore, I was told I could not bring it in until this gets resolved and to call the office. Basically I felt I got the runaround and this should have been resolved today as they had a faxed copy of the Odometer Disclosure Statement and I needed to get the car in for service right away. Now I feel its a car safety issue and this should have been resolved in day. Had other problems when I bought the car, like them sending me a remote that was promised and it didn't work. Had to go back 3 times to get it resolved. I was told by the general mgr. that they ordered a manual which was not in the car at the time I purchased it. Well, you know that was a lie, because it's been almost and year and if he did order it, don't you think it would have come in by now!!!! More
