They told me nothing was wrong but it wasn't blowing cold air. It was the end of the season so I let it go. July 2015 - Again the AC still not blowing cold. Car has extended warranty. Took it back. First time they told me nothing was wrong. 2nd time they charged me $180 to diagnose the AC, flush it and put dye. Took it back and in 1 day it lost Freon., 3rd time brought it back and they said hose was leaking and had to order part. Took 1.5 weeks. I pick up the car and it still is not blowing cold despite them telling me it was. I left the car there and refused to take it. They checked again and said it was now the compressor which they changed. Total of 1 month at dealer! Drove my car off the lot and 10 minutes down the road I hear this loud noise and had no idea. Was afraid to drive the car and had it towed n taken to my mechanic who told me they didn't screw back properly some cover when they did the compressor. No one knows what they r doing there! I made sure I got a refund of $180 for the original diagnosis covered under warranty. Few problems here : You call and the ladies who answer r very nice. Few times I called and no one answered and it went into voice mail. No one returned my call in 24 hrs. Then I call and service advisor tells me that cant bring car in on Saturday for major repairs which as a working person is the only day I can come. He didn't know what the warranty covered or not and should have been more knowledgeable. The only saving grace was the service manager who had been on vacation when this fiasco was going on. He eventually made sure things were done right. I never want to go back there again. More
Deceptive advertising!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! We drove quite a way to this dealer based on their advertisement of a Certified Rogue for $15,995. The certification was highlighted in the first line We drove quite a way to this dealer based on their advertisement of a Certified Rogue for $15,995. The certification was highlighted in the first line of the description of the car. When we arrived we were told that the car was only $15,995 of you were trading in a car you had bought from them otherwise it was really 17,995. Furthermore, the certification/warranty was another $2,400!! The classic bait and switch! They were neither apologetic or accommodating. Stay away!! More

I just want to complement on a great job, that a sales team is doing at AutoEasternNissan in Paramus Rt 4. We had a great experience working with Salesman Erick Montas, he absolutely exceeds in his client/service approach. Manager Tony DeOliviera, perfect man for a job, tough salesman, yet personally made sure that we left with what we were looking for, and with a smile. We have had an opportunity to meet DM Mike Tandurella. What an, "A" team, you have in there Mike, it was a pleasure to spend money with you guys. Thanks again Dariusz & Eva N. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago which never came with my spare key nor SD card to utilize my navigation and other features purchased. My sales rep J I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago which never came with my spare key nor SD card to utilize my navigation and other features purchased. My sales rep Joe Long told me to return back to the dealership the following business day for the missing items ehich I did. I've returned 5 times and was told by the GSM, Robert thst he would personally order it and have it overnighted. Still a week later and no one has answers or wants to help me resolve this. Once the car sale is final.. Your history. More
The whole team got together, Great results! I actually wanted to compliment both the Hackensack Nissan Dealership located on 400 River Street. Their used cars lot. I had done my research and I k I actually wanted to compliment both the Hackensack Nissan Dealership located on 400 River Street. Their used cars lot. I had done my research and I knew I was ready to purchase a new car, when we came in the person who we originally made an appointment with wasn't there but a salesman Jack was willing to help us right away and took care of us. You usually hear negative things about salesmen about how they'll be persistent and pressure you into making a decision but Jack wasn't, he was patient he was very honest laid out everything nice and simple for us to understand. I was looking to trade in my current car my Nissan 2012 Sentra, and their manager Rob was extremely open and willing to work with us to make sure we'd leave with the new car that I wanted. The whole team got together to negotiate and get a great deal which my dad and I really appreciated, we didn't expect them to try so hard. Then I want to also compliment the Nissan in Paramus for having Cirilo stay there later to help us complete the finance paperwork. I will definitely be referring friends and family to both of these dealerships. They worked hard to get us a great deal and they never once made us feel rushed or etc. Thank You Hackensack Team, I'm in LOVE with my Nissan Rouge! More

TERRIBLE Below explains my experience that I sent in an email to Seymour Johnson. After 4 emails and 4 voicemails over the course of a week he finally called Below explains my experience that I sent in an email to Seymour Johnson. After 4 emails and 4 voicemails over the course of a week he finally called me back on March 26, 2015. I spoke with him and Wes Herman for about 20 minutes. I was told that they would do their homework on the situation and get back to me a few days later, probably Monday March 30, 2015 as the next day they had meetings. I am now 12 days since the phone call, left 2 voicemails and sent 3 emails to Seymour over the past 5 days and still have not heard back from anyone. This place I know is under new ownership, my feeling is perhaps the new owners want to get a grip on some of their employees and up their customer service response time as priorities. The below portion of my email was the first of approximately 6-8 emails I have sent to Mr. Johnson, you get the gist of the issue. I would avoid this places at all costs. Mr. Johnson, My name is (name redacted) and I had left a voice mail for you earlier this morning as I wanted to touch base with you regarding a situation my wife dealt with this morning that I do feel is totally unprofessional and honestly out of line. After leaving the message I thought perhaps I could have given you some insight as to why I was calling, hence this email. I am contacting you on my wife's behalf. This morning on her way to work she got a phone call at 7:30 from an Andre at the Hackensack service center. He was angry & rude to her and explained that based on the survey she had filled out online and gave poor ratings on, he got in trouble because of the grades or scores. She eventually explained to him that when she answered the questions online it was based on her first visit to have the problem with her car fixed that nothing was done about and a terrible experience dealing with receptionists and a counter guy, not him. She explained that his name wasn't on the survey and as she answered she was basing it on her bad experience. She did say that when she explained that he was much nicer over the phone. My issue is this, what gives this guy the right to call anyone, let alone call and get angry at a customer over the phone for filling out an online survey. That is completely uncalled for and one of the most unprofessional things I have ever experienced. The back ground of this was my wife made an appointment because there was a noise coming from the front of her new Nissan Murano. She brought it in and dealt with extremely rude receptionists as well as a counter guy. They took her car out, said there was nothing wrong with it, the noise was the stroller in the back. They sent her on her way no paperwork or anything. The noise continued, she brought it back a few weeks later as it was getting worse. This time she explained to the guy at the counter who was much nicer she said as there was someone watching his interaction over his shoulder, that the noise is still there, its not a stroller as was told last time, its getting worse and that she travels route 80 for work every day, is pregnant and travels with a 2 year old. This time they found the problem, front left strut was broken. Sort of a big over sight / misdiagnoses if you ask me. However the part was ordered and it was fixed. She was much happier this time with dealing at the hackensack shop. She says Andre was fine, her scores were based on the 1st visit not the 2nd. She did not have a problem with Andre, aside from the phone call after surgery was filled out. However, the phone call is a big issue to me. Should not have happened. In any case I look forward to hearing back from you. Have a great day. **** UPDATED April 8, 2015 ****** Had nothing but pleasant conversations with Seymour Johnson last night and Wes Herrmann this evening. All of my issues have been resolved and I am comfortable with my dealings with them. Both men were very apologetic, kind and listened to my concerns again and explained that great customer service is among one of their main goals at the dealership and that the issue was resolved. I felt comfortable speaking with them and confident that both of them were sincere in what they said during our discussions. I am not looking to buy or lease a car in the near future, however, if I was, based on my discussions with both of these men, the positive things they said about the direction that they are moving in as a dealership ( it is now under new ownership ) I would certainly consider dealing with AutoEastern Nissan of Paramus. Thank You for all your help. More
