Great service I leased my Nissan Altima in March of 2016. That time I had a little problem with the dealership and I wasn't satisfied with their service. Yesterday I leased my Nissan Altima in March of 2016. That time I had a little problem with the dealership and I wasn't satisfied with their service. Yesterday I called and found out it's under the new management. When I explained an issue I encountered few months before the new management was very helpful. They took care of my problem right away and the person I dealt with Denise was very helpful and very professional. I'm so happy Paramus Nissan is under new management I'm definitely getting my new car in future from them. More
These guys are cheaters, lairs and worst after sales Service I bought a brand new Nissan Maxima 2014 (mileage - 33 miles) model on October 15th, 2015 from this dealership and What a mistake I did !! Probably the I bought a brand new Nissan Maxima 2014 (mileage - 33 miles) model on October 15th, 2015 from this dealership and What a mistake I did !! Probably the worst moment of my life when I decided to buy car from this dealership. 1. The day I started talking to the sales representative regarding buying a car, we both agreed about certain features I want. "Remote Starter" was one of them. The sales person readily promised that it will be installed for free. We negotiated and finally we both agreed at a price, I bought the car. As expected the Remote Starter was missing. I was told that with the negotiated price it cannot be given for free. 2. Day2: I realized 3 things about the car - The Car shakes at higher speed - The passenger side Airbag is not working - Paint Scratches in Driver side Mirror I was told to visit your service center to fix the first 2 things. And about the 3rd issue I was told ... "Come on..that's a small scratch.. it can happen even on a new car !!" The service center told me they don't do these fixes on weekends but weekdays only. So I left the car at service, rented one from the same Nissan dealership service center and paid the rental from my pocket !!. Wow 3. Now starts the real story. When my first temporary plate expired on Nov-14th, I realized that I have to start following up on this matter, way before the 2nd one expires. I started following up on Nov-26th on the status of getting the permanent one. I did numerous phone calls, explaining the same thing to 10 individuals and 100 times in the dealership. I even visited your the dealership more than 15 times before the 2nd one expires but with no result. Every time I was there, they made me to wait at least an hour to give me a new story about the status. Every time I heard it will be solved this Friday or next Tuesday. But, it never got solved. Finally I got a ticket for driving with an expired registration plate. Surprisingly these people never paid the ticket also! I waited till the last day and paid it from my pocket! I gave them all the ticket details, scanned copies etc. Numerous followups, email, phone, personal visits .. nothing worked out. I got the registration finally after 4.5 months of buying a new car, but never got the money from them. Its almost 11 months now and I know I will never get it. It's not a big amount but it's about the experience! So potential buyers, best of luck with this dealer! - Avishek More

One of the worst service center I ever visited This Dealership service center is one of the biggest SCAMS, and a FRAUDULENT service center. Overpriced and a complete ripoff. Doing you a favor of FR This Dealership service center is one of the biggest SCAMS, and a FRAUDULENT service center. Overpriced and a complete ripoff. Doing you a favor of FREE multi point inspection which you end up paying for if you do not repair your car with them. The simple fact is that the advisors don't listen to you and if you don't read exactly what they actually typed up as your complaint you're screwed. Dropped my car off on Friday July 22nd for a 4 wheel brake job. The quote I received was $540 for the front and $540 for the rear plus I was told the whole system had to be flushed and the brake fluid needed to be replaced, another $190. The brake fluid, they claimed to have changed with the 25,000 mile service (which was 10,000 miles ago). If they really changed the brake fluids, why would I have to have it done again not 10,000 miles later. Anyway, the Total was $1,270 before taxes. When I received the call from the advisor with the prices, I told him not to do the work since they are extremely expensive and I mentioned that they were supposed to changed the brake fluid according to my records ( the paper they gave me after the 25k service) they denied any existence of the paper which proved the brake fluid didn't need changing or did because they never actually did it so I refused their service on the brakes. Because I declined the service on the car due to the reasons mentioned above when I came to pick up my car, I had to pay $130 Labor plus $6.50 MISC CHARGE (maybe you can figure out for what) plus tax a total of $146.06 - all for the free "multi-point inspection". Picking up my car and going across the street to Sears Service Center, I ended up paying $691.37 for the same exact job including tax. People, be aware that AUTO EASTERN NISSAN's SERVICE CENTER on HACKENSACK RD is a RIPOFF service center and you better find alternative service center, DO NOT WEASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY GOING THERE. More

Went in and was blown away by the Salesman Kevin Hershey, who worked out my needs along with Onofrio the man in charge. Both made sure I was taken care of in a way that I am Comfortable with, in this investment. Listening to my specs for a vehical that In a way all my Wifes and my needs were taken care of. Kevin P. the Finance Guru then worked on the phone and computer for quite a while with the banks and made my Wifes night a special one... A Great team each one integral to our satisfaction...
