The wait time was reasonable under the circumstances (1-1/2 hrs.) and they addressed the issue satisfactorily. Will definitely use this dealership for service again. More
Service is lacking I leased in May 2013 a Maxima and never received the spare key to my car, and didn't think of it at the the time I took the car home. My husband and I leased in May 2013 a Maxima and never received the spare key to my car, and didn't think of it at the the time I took the car home. My husband and I are now going to be sharing the car so the spare key is very much needed. I've paid for the EasyCare KeyCare so I figured I'd call them to have them give me the spare and come to find out the service is not valid since they didn't give me the spare key in the first place. I've called the dealership and the receptionist immediately transferred me to a voicemail, with no notice and without providing the name of who I was supposed to be leaving a voicemail for. Pretty unprofessional. I left the voicemail and have yet to hear back. I've live chatted the dealership twice also and they said that the parts department would get back to me, still waiting. Pretty miserable that they've been very unresponsive with an urgent matter. I'm counting down the days until I can return the lease and would never lease from that dealership again. More

I bought Nissan ROgue 2015 in November and it is more than 2 months i did not get my registration and plates. they simply did not do the documentation and just pushed to sell the car. after you go out the location they dont care about you! I called them million times and none helped me. Sales people like Jack and Santiago told they will solve it but afterwards they did not even pick my phone calls More

My first Nissan was a Sentra I have always had an excellent experience dealing with the folks at Paramus Nissan at the Hackensack River St. Location. My first Nissan was a Sentra and the second was Nissan Altima that I had for 14 years; it ran like a dream. I love my current Nissan Altima and have always had excellent attention from the staff. Mr. Singh is great! He is very caring and very diligent and goes out of his way to make sure your car is properly serviced in as a timely a way as possible. I am always glad to see him sitting there when I walk in the door because I know he'll make sure everything that needs to get done get's done.I also am always very glad to see Lulee, the receptionist (not sure of the spelling and I'm sorry if I misspelled her name); she has always been thoughtful and courteous and makes sure she schedules service appointments that are always conveinent and workable for me.Basically, I love the staff at Paramus Nissan and will continue to go there for all my car's service needs.
