After hearing what had already been done to the RAV recently, he took the time to check the car himself out in the parking lot. A new cabin filter was all we ultimately needed. Such customer service and dealership integrity is unparalleled in this industry. We have nothing but appreciation for how (past and present) we've been treated and how well our RAV4 has been looked after. If we ever decide to purchase a car in Florida, it will be at this Toyota dealership. More
