Purchase process was straight forwarded but delayed. Despite best efforts by myself to provide information in advance the paperwork was not ready. The dealership performed a supposed inspection but later I discovered cosmetic damage underneath the side skirt which is well hidden when standing next to vehicle. The dealership basically commented, sale is done, money exchanged, your problem. If you have the unfortunate experience of engaging Randy Towne then you are going to be disadvantaged. Good Luck and Stay away! More

David made the process easy… drove a few cars, made my choice, a simple straightforward price discussion. A few hours later on my way with my new (to me ) Camry Hybrid. The only complaint I had about my last service call was that my "normal" service rep was on vacation. Ronnie was great, it is just always nice knowing the usual rep, Daniel, who knows my car and its histor that my "normal" service rep was on vacation.
